His eyes turn from black to blue crystal. ^{ch. 133} He has crystal blue eyes and a pale face. ^{ch. 140} Moonlight falls like flowing water on his fair skin. His two blue eyes hold depth. White hair and white clothes give him the look of a young man from a painting, like the immortals in the clouds. ^{ch. 173}

Fang Yuan names the Northern Dark Ice Soul physique as one of the ten extreme talents. Hundred percent primeval essence stresses the aperture toward collapse, so cultivation has to race forward. ^{ch. 135}

Bai Ning Bing breaks free of the ice in a white gown, silver hair, intact arms, picturesque, with a blush on the cheeks. Aptitude falls by ten percent to ninety percent, and the Northern Dark Ice Soul Physique is gone. Bai Ning Bing is a woman. ^{ch. 199}

Advancing to Gu Immortal conveniently rid him of the female body that had troubled him for a long time, and ever since, he has known how unfathomable Old Man Yan Shi is. Old Man Yan Shi sends him to activate a mysterious Immortal Gu atop a nameless mountain south of Namei peak, promising only that doing so brings Fang Yuan back to Southern Border. Both his firm stance toward Old Man Yan Shi and his professed desire for revenge on Fang Yuan are probes rather than genuine feeling: only a few years as a Gu Immortal have already left him no longer much concerned with Fang Yuan. Old Man Yan Shi privately tells another Shadow Sect member that Bai Ning Bing’s true value is being a fate escapee, whom heaven’s will cannot fully control, which is why he is spent first while Shadow Sect gathers its own strength. ^{ch. 958}

Activating the Immortal Gu reveals an ancient battle and the Immortal Gu House Graceful Chaotic Duel Stage buried beneath the mountain, but Bai Ning Bing hesitates to seize it himself, wary of disrupting Old Man Yan Shi’s plan, and the forbidden zone around the mountain soon grows too dangerous to approach. Wondering what Fang Yuan would do in his place, he admits that despite no longer caring about him, Fang Yuan’s ruthlessness and craftiness left a deep impression that still subconsciously influences him. Concluding Shadow Sect wants all of Southern Border drawn into a fight over the Immortal Gu House, he abandons the mountain and returns to find Old Man Yan Shi and Shadow Sect’s blessed land both gone. ^{ch. 959}

When Fang Yuan later comes to investigate the nameless mountain himself, Bai Ning Bing is nowhere to be found. ^{ch. 961}

Before Old Man Yan Shi spends his remaining lifespan on a last deduction and lets the ten extreme immortal zombie lifeless formation absorb his soul, he gazes far off and countless inverted images emerge in his pitch black eyes: Bai Ning Bing among them, alongside Fang Yuan, the formation itself, Heavenly Court’s Gu Immortals, the Southern Border Gu Immortals, Yi Tian Mountain, and Graceful Chaotic Duel Stage. ^{ch. 968}

Graceful Chaotic Duel Stage had surfaced only because Bai Ning Bing activated the mysterious Immortal Gu Old Man Yan Shi gave him. When Fang Yuan hurries to Yi Tian Mountain after his rebirth to take the Immortal Gu House he finds nothing under the ground, guesses correctly that some other reason lay behind its appearance, and never learns this detail. ^{ch. 972}

Bai Xiang heavenly spirit offers a refinement that uses the Gu Immortal as material with raging wave rising dragon fire, so the user leaves the human race and becomes a dragonman. ^{ch. 1227}

Bai Ning Bing’s skin was white as snow, and facial features were even more distinct than before. Pale blue dragon eyes emitted a cold aura. The humans alike dragons refinement cannot be strictly controlled and the immortal materials’ transformation path dao marks tell on the result: she comes out of it a woman again, and asks aloud how that could happen when she already has a real immortal aperture. Her information path dao marks and all her alliance agreements are gone with the old body. ^{ch. 1237}

When Fang Yuan breaks the Gu formation, its Gu worms all self-detonate and he obtains none of them, since Bai Ning Bing would not leave resources behind for the enemy. ^{ch. 1253}

When Fang Yuan’s ancient sword dragon form corners Ying Wu Xie’s group inside a regional wall, Bai Ning Bing freezes his scales with her gaze, judging that his speed must be restricted first. A layer of her ice had already sealed his dragon mouth at the crucial moment, costing him the dragon breath that is the sword dragon transformation’s most powerful weapon and leaving Tai Bai Yun Sheng barely alive under his claws instead. ^{ch. 1257}

Her Northern Dark Ice Soul Physique and her ownership of Bai Xiang grotto-heaven’s true inheritance, including rank seven Immortal Gu though none of rank eight, put her battle strength above ordinary rank six Gu Immortals, though she is not yet familiar enough with her killer moves to risk more than one at a time. Once Fang Yuan is on guard against the freezing sight, she judges that its effect will drop drastically and changes tactics, retreating behind Shi Nu and having Ying Wu Xie’s group shield her while she prepares an extraordinary immortal killer move of her own. ^{ch. 1258}

Sizing up Ying Wu Xie’s group, Fang Yuan judges Bai Ning Bing’s ability to turn into the Bai Xiang state, despite only rank six cultivation, among their most dangerous traits. ^{ch. 1264}

When Ying Wu Xie’s group pays respects to the newly awakened rank eight miniman Gu Immortal, Lord Purple, only Bai Ning Bing remains standing upright. ^{ch. 1269}

Racing through Reverse Flow River, Bai Ning Bing laughs with excitement, telling herself the river is the very route Ren Zu once traveled, that failing would still leave the trip worth it, and that dying would still leave her life worth it. Her energy runs out and the river washes her away, and she comes to no harm with Old Ancestor Xue Hu already waiting outside. ^{ch. 1281}

When Fang Yuan completes perseverance Immortal Gu, Bai Ning Bing mutters, with complex emotions, that he actually managed to refine it. ^{ch. 1286}

She rebukes Purple Mountain True Monarch’s plan to use political unrest without deference, arguing that with only the four of them, and their main fighting strength still unstable, it will be difficult even if the super Gu formation is defended by only four Gu Immortals. She is unafraid to speak this way to a rank eight Gu Immortal because she had already struck a new alliance placing her on equal standing with Ying Wu Xie and the others, and because Purple Mountain True Monarch’s constant insanity had worn down her respect for him. ^{ch. 1333}

At black demon pit, she uses the investigative method from Bai Xiang’s true inheritance to look around but sees nothing. ^{ch. 1336}

Purple Mountain True Monarch sends her into Mushroomman Paradise’s melon cave together with Hei Lou Lan, to train inside a super Gu formation built on rule path ripe Immortal Gu with rank seven dew Immortal Gu as a supplement. She has just obtained Bai Xiang’s true inheritance and has not had the time to fully convert those gains into battle strength, a weakness the narration says was obvious when she and Hei Lou Lan fought Fang Yuan at the regional walls. ^{ch. 1338}

Standing behind Qiao Bo as he escorts Fairy Miao Yin into the dream realm formation, Bai Ning Bing drives a hand through his back and freezes him: he loses his life and turns into an ice statue before he can finish speaking. ^{ch. 1349}

At a hole in the damaged Gu formation she trades a frost blast for a Chai clan Gu Immortal’s flame charge, and the two attacks lock and cancel with neither gaining ground. When Chai Huo Xiong reels back in disbelief that a mere rank six Gu Immortal is matching him, she charges at him again, leaps into the sky, and slashes her raised right arm down like a blade. ^{ch. 1351}

When Chai Huo Xiong calls for reinforcement, Tie Xin Jian arrives a moment too late: Bai Ning Bing has already frozen Chai Huo Xiong into a popsicle that shatters apart, and she names the move for Tie Xin Jian, ice shatter death, offering to let him try it too. ^{ch. 1354}

She already holds yin yang rotation Gu but needs it advanced to immortal level before she can reverse her female body, and she has no confidence in doing that herself, refinement path being too vast and profound and the Gu not being her vital Gu. As the new leader of Shadow Sect, Fang Yuan acknowledges her earlier agreement with Shadow Sect and has it refine the Gu for her. ^{ch. 1380}

Fugitives now, and intercepted by Southern Border’s righteous path Gu Immortals while escaping, Bai Ning Bing takes on three of them alone in Bai Xiang form, killing two and leaving the third injured enough that he retreats with all his strength the moment Fang Yuan’s group appears. Bai Xiang is taxing enough on her mind and immortal essence that she collapses the moment she cancels it, and without Fang Yuan’s rescue she might have died of the exhaustion. ^{ch. 1385}

When Wu Yong himself catches up, Bai Ning Bing alone stays behind to fight him while the others flee into Fang Yuan’s immortal aperture; Fang Yuan overrules her, warning that even in Bai Xiang form Wu Yong could kill her instantly. ^{ch. 1387}

Sent by Fang Yuan to fight Fairy Cui Bo while he recovers Western Desert Zombie Alliance’s inheritance, Bai Ning Bing forcefully captures the rank seven Gu Immortal alive, her battle strength now second only to Fang Yuan’s among the group. ^{ch. 1395}

Before Ying Wu Xie takes over Fairy Cui Bo’s captive body, Bai Ning Bing has already soul searched her; with no secrets left to gain, only Fairy Cui Bo’s Gu Immortal soul itself remains worth using. ^{ch. 1397}

Fang Yuan privately judges that Bai Ning Bing is not under his control, only an ally making use of him as he uses her. ^{ch. 1444}
