Minimen

Minimen are usually the size of a finger. They have thin, transparent wings behind them. Minimen survive on nectar from flowers or sap from vegetation. Every variant human has a special ability stronger than humans. Minimen are proficient in growing plants and trees, and in the areas they live vegetation is extremely lush and flowers bloom throughout the year. Miniscule Mountain is their paradise and foundation, recorded in The Legends of Ren Zu, and their home. Gu Immortals inside it are probably miniman Gu Immortals. ^{ch. 799}

Miniscule Mountain is not owned by Dong Fang tribe. The miniman tribe there is an ally under an agreement, and Dong Fang Chang Fan says he protected that tribe for hundreds of years. The tribe’s Gu Immortal, surnamed Fang, is a rule path Gu Immortal who holds rank seven Small Gu. He made the alliance to obtain space for his tribe to live. ^{ch. 801} Fairy Li Shan fights that Gu Immortal, other Gu Immortals join, and Hei Lou Lan kills him at the periphery of the battlefield. Miniscule Mountain is near destruction, the tribe faces heavy casualties, and the survivors are left with no leader. ^{ch. 812} Minimen are born with wood path dao marks. Where they live, vegetation grows rapidly. They have inheritances passed down from many generations, and they are the race most skilled at growing plants and flowers. After obtaining Miniscule Mountain, Fairy Li Shan kills forty percent of the minimen, subdues the tribe, and moves the mountain into her immortal aperture, where they speed wood path resource production. Her jade yin grass, a rank seven immortal material that had been wilting, expands into a miniature grass field after they live there for half a year. ^{ch. 871}

In The Legends of Ren Zu, Boundless Forest Samsara meets a miniman not even the size of her finger. He had been the tallest in his tribe and weeps when he finds that the mountain he meant to climb is a person. ^{ch. 886} That miniman shows her his former home: a well holding countless minimen living together with houses, markets, and flowers. He points to Miniscule Mountain at the fringe of that city. ^{ch. 1158} In The Legends of Ren Zu, Boundless Forest Samsara asks the miniman why he cannot fly out of Ordinary Abyss. He answers that his wings are flimsy and weak and can only carry him a short distance, and that he left City Well by ladder. ^{ch. 1276}

In Hei Fan grotto-heaven, large numbers of variant humans, including minimen, work laboriously. Gu Immortals often raise variant human slaves. ^{ch. 1182} Purple Mountain True Monarch appears in Reverse Flow River as a rank eight miniman Gu Immortal who had enlarged himself with an immortal method and shrinks again in the river. ^{ch. 1275} There were ten variant human races in the Gu world, and miniman is on that list. City Well was formerly the living environment of minimen. Fang Yuan notes they are suited to City Well and to nurturing immortal plants. ^{ch. 1489} Xiao He Jian and Green Forest Great Sage are rank eight miniman Gu Immortals of the variant human alliance. Their grotto-heavens are wood path grotto-heavens. ^{ch. 2081}
