Dog Enslavement Gu

A Gu Master who wants to enter King Quan inheritance must refine a rank one copy. After the entry method spreads through Shang clan city, buyers find this Gu priced about three times as before. Talk in that rush says King Quan has at least three rank five copies, and that with them one can enslave myriad beast kings and command an army. ^{ch. 324}

Inside King Quan Inheritance it looks like a jade stone, only thumb-size. The exterior of the jade stone looks like a dog head. Fang Yuan activates it with one drop of light golden primeval essence. It turns into a jade light, bursts from solid to hollow, and flies into a wild dog. The Gu goes into the dog’s soul and does not damage the physical body. The dog then obeys. King Quan modified the blessed land so a Gu Master may bring in a rank one copy, while other Gu worms cannot be used there except Spring Autumn Cicada. ^{ch. 346}

From the tenth round the surroundings fill with dense grey fog. Apart from Spring Autumn Cicada, none of Fang Yuan’s other Gu can be used. Nineteen dogs walk around him with only a faint connection left from this Gu, and that control strengthens as the fog thins. Han Bu Liu, an enslavement path Gu Master, tells himself that in this round they can only use dog enslavement Gu, that Fang Yuan walks the strength path, and that a youth that young could not have proficiency in the enslavement path. ^{ch. 347}

Heavenly power brings another fog. Fang Yuan takes the chrysanthemum akita path. When that fog disappears he receives twenty rank one copies. The Gu is hard to retrieve: they are planted into the dog’s soul, and when the dog dies the soul dissipates and the Gu dies with it. Blessed land power takes away extra copies in a Gu Master’s hands and leaves only one. ^{ch. 348}

After the fog disperses, a rank two copy falls from the sky into Fang Yuan’s palm. Using a rank one copy on ordinary dogs is easy to do half-heartedly. Subduing a hundred beast king with a rank two copy can fail, and if that copy is destroyed he is finished. Under his supervision it flies into the big lightning symbol dog and plants itself into its soul. A formless mental impact assaults him through the Gu. ^{ch. 349}

After Fang Yuan tells Bai Ning Bing the refinement plan, he gives her a dog enslavement Gu and disappears. The land spirit sends her to the first round of King Quan Inheritance. ^{ch. 381}
