King Quan is one of the Three Kings of Southern Border, the eldest Wang clan survivor among them, and a rank five Gu Master whose inheritance opens through the yellow light pillar at San Cha Mountain.
About three hundred years before the San Cha Mountain opening, Wu clan exterminated Wang clan but missed three children. The eldest was eight. Those survivors later entered an ancient rank six Gu Immortal inheritance, cultivated to rank five, and wiped out Wu clan in three days. He summoned an army of hounds that engulfed Wu clan village. After revenge they lived in seclusion until their inheritances appeared. Entering the yellow pillar requires refining rank one dog enslavement Gu. Talk credits him with at least three rank five dog enslavement Gu. ch. 324
