Tie Dao Ku recognizes Bai Ning Bing from the Bai clan’s arrest warrant, though she has never learned who he is; he has spent the time since Qing Mao Mountain chasing Fang and Bai through Bai Gu mountain and into Shang clan city, and was left behind there working off a restaurant debt after Bai clan fled Fang Yuan’s blackmail. Tie Dao Ku commits a close-range set of Iron Hand Gu, Hand Blade Gu and Swift Shadow Gu, and it breaks Bai Ning Bing’s ice blade and drives her back over a hundred steps. Bai Ning Bing commits Ice Edge Gu, Frost Breath Gu, Icicle Gu and Snowball Gu to buy range, and Ice Crystal Gu, her vital Gu, to match him at close quarters.
