Bai Clan

Near Bai Gu Mountain, a Bai nephew introduces Bai Mo Xing as Bai clan’s number one elder and as his uncle. Bai Mo Xing is already sixty-eight, still working because the clan is in a rough stretch, and he is also named uncle of the clan leader. ^{ch. 215} At a Bai banquet the clan leader and elders introduce four rising rank three youths, including Bai Lian and Bai Zhan Lie, whom the clan leader calls the number one youth expert. ^{ch. 217}

Fang Yuan’s prior-life memory names the Bai twin mortals Bai Sheng and Bai Hua as the pair who later discover a Flesh Bone Lord inheritance on Bai Gu Mountain and push Bai village power upward as righteous twin stars. ^{ch. 214} Those twins are treated as Bai clan’s young masters, ^{ch. 227} and Bai clansmen later accuse Fang Yuan of killing both young clan leaders. ^{ch. 294 ch. 295}

Away from Qing Mao Mountain, Bai clansmen appear near Bai Gu Mountain under a hunting cover. Their true motive is to find a spirit spring there and clear wild beasts for a clan move, because Bai clan’s spirit spring is drying out and the clan needs a new one. The Bai clan leader has already been sending people to scout that mountain for years in advance of that relocation. ^{ch. 215}

When Fang Yuan and Bai Ning Bing flee the inheritance ground, Bai clan leader leads elders in pursuit. Elder Bai Zhan Wen burns himself with Human Torch Gu to chase them in the air, then self-detonates when he cannot catch them, and the Bai clan leader vomits blood and faints after watching them escape. Bai Zhan Lie is named as Bai Zhan Wen’s grandson in that same chase. ^{ch. 227}

Later in Shang Clan City, elder Bai Feng confronts Fang Yuan with Bai Lian, Bai Zhan Lie, and other Bai clansmen, naming the dead young clan leaders and Bai Zhan Wen among the clan’s losses on Bai Gu Mountain. ^{ch. 294 ch. 295} Fang Yuan forces a poison-vow settlement that makes Bai clan withdraw from further open pursuit. Bai Feng then pawns his small tornado Gu and takes the political blame so Bai Lian, Bai Zhan Lie, and the juniors keep their prospects when they return home. After they leave the city, Fang Yuan still treats Bai clan as dangerous: they keep searching for the spirit spring on Bai Gu Mountain under the cover of exploring the Bai Gu inheritance, and that search is already faster than in his prior life. ^{ch. 296}
