Lang Ya Blessed Land

Attackers who reach the depths see white clouds covering the whole area. In that sea of clouds stand twelve buildings, each decorated grandly and majestic, with immortal cranes, hovering feathermen, colorful clouds, and sandalwood fragrance around them. The ground is cloud soil that can be stepped on like land. ^{ch. 460}

Once Immortal Crane Sect opens dealings, Fang Yuan decides he no longer needs to go to Lang Ya blessed land. ^{ch. 420}

Deviation (recorded): this page uses the Northern Plains region field because chapter 461 places a craze of solving riddles about Lang Ya blessed land in northern plains. Chapter 420 does not name a five-region seat.

Gui Wang tells Loner Hong Yu that accepting chaotic bats means agreeing to barge into Lang Ya blessed land, and Loner Hong Yu worries that the land spirit is still around. Gui Wang adds that Lang Ya blessed land has countless recipes, enough to move the Hua Hai three immortals. ^{ch. 446}

Narration states that the Gu Immortal who resided there was Long Hair Ancestor, called the number one refinement path immortal, and that rumors say he became a land spirit after death and still refines Gu in Lang Ya blessed land. The land holds large amounts of Gu worm recipes, including Immortal Gu recipes. Above the center of Crescent Lake an earthly calamity called Endless Thunder and Lightning Rain opens holes into the land. Gui Wang claims the former Lang Ya grotto-heaven had already fallen and become a blessed land. Attackers see twelve cloud buildings in a sea of clouds once they enter. ^{ch. 460}

Narration states that Long Hair Ancestor died and turned into a land spirit with only one obsession: to see Great Dream Immortal Venerable. Solving the problem of space escape Gu would make the whole Lang Ya blessed land belong to that person. Using Thieving Heaven Demon Venerable’s stone forest entry at Crescent Lake, Fang Yuan smears blood on a purple stone pillar, says he wants entry, and appears in a room where the land spirit sits on a bed of cloud. He greets as Chang Shan Yin, Thieving Heaven Demon Venerable’s inheritor, and presses that the land spirit cannot move against him before the agreement of three Gu refinements is completed. ^{ch. 461}

The land spirit serves cloud smoke tea and tries to buy Fang Yuan’s human skin Gu recipe; Fang Yuan refuses to exchange it yet, then offers later-age recipes and receives connecting heaven Gu and divine sense Gu. The land spirit is interested in stargate Gu’s recipe and names materials and extinct starlight fireflies that would pair with it. ^{ch. 462}

The land spirit refuses to exchange Heavenly Essence Treasure Imperial Lotus, which produces the immortal essence that lets him defend calamities and tribulations and refine Gu. He offers other Immortal Gu for Immortal Gu recipes, and states that as Thieving Heaven Demon Venerable’s inheritor Fang Yuan has three chances to request Gu refinement, with Immortal Gu success or failure counting as one chance and mortal Gu refinement guaranteed. Fang Yuan recalls that Gui Wang later discovers the land and leads the first wave of attacks, that later waves follow, and that in the seventh wave Heavenly Court takes the recipes after a tragic battle. Fang Yuan also recalls that Feng Jiu Ge dies in that battle. ^{ch. 463}

These attacks span five hundred years of Fang Yuan’s previous life before the land finally falls. ^{ch. 1043}

Fang Yuan asks the land spirit to refine stargate Gu and leave the remaining two chances for later. The land spirit teleports Gui Wang’s captured group to help, having already confined their rank five Gu after luring them into the cloud buildings. Time in Lang Ya blessed land flows thirty-six times faster than outside: over a month inside is one day outside. ^{ch. 464}

While urging a stargate collaboration, Fang Yuan says Lang Ya blessed land has already suffered three waves of attacks, each stronger than the last, so its location has been discovered and is being observed. Narration adds that those three waves disrupted the land’s peaceful environment and created an enormous sense of danger in Lang Ya land spirit. ^{ch. 666}

After Fairy Jiang Yu’s Gu formation restores his strength, Qin Bai Sheng judges that Hei Cheng, Xue Song Zi and He Lang Zi alone will not be enough to take down Lang Ya blessed land. ^{ch. 771}

Weighing a failed Gu refinement, Fang Yuan notes that although Long Hair Ancestor died, his land spirit is alive and Lang Ya blessed land is still intact, and resolves to seek the land spirit’s help even at a huge price. ^{ch. 950}

Fang Yuan and Sixth Hair return to Lang Ya blessed land by teleportation Gu formation; once inside, Lang Ya land spirit’s supervision keeps the two from speaking, and they part ways as supreme elders of the sect. ^{ch. 1481}
