Mo Tan Sang

In Lang Ya blessed land, Lang Ya land spirit blurts the True Yang Building matter. The inkman Gu Immortal cuts in before the land spirit can introduce him and says he lives in Inkman City. ^{ch. 662}

Inkman King

Inkmen hold a relatively favorable place among Northern Plains variant humans and keep a city with three inkman Gu Immortals. Mo Tan Sang is that city’s king, and under his leadership the inkmen resist pressure from many forces. He explains that Inkman City has long had close relations with Lang Ya blessed land, that his side has some qi path attainment, and that he came to help unseal a qi path seal on the land spirit. He also names Huang Jin tribe suppression of inkman city and Giant Sun Immortal Venerable’s old demand that inkman cities offer countless female inkmen as tribute, then invites Fang Yuan to visit later. ^{ch. 662}

Fang Yuan’s prior-life memory rates him as hard to belittle: foresight, courage to act, and willingness to bow when needed. In that memory he expands inkman forces during the five regions war, takes a servant’s rite under Liu tribe for protection, then later leaves Liu when it weakens and collaborates with Ma Hong Yun on equal terms. ^{ch. 662} Early after the meeting, Tai Bai Yun Sheng recalls buying a cloud path defensive killer move from him, and Fang Yuan treats that sale as a favor priced below treasure yellow heaven. ^{ch. 670}

Appearance

He is a middle aged inkman Gu Immortal with a mighty disposition. His appearance is not that of a normal man: he has black skin and white hair. ^{ch. 661}
