In Fang Yuan’s memory of his first life, Northern Plains human forces move to suppress the Inkman King Mo Tan Sang during the five regions chaotic war, and he disregards his dignity as king to throw himself to Liu tribe, taking a servant’s rite to its supreme elder and becoming that elder’s servant. Liu tribe is one of the super forces in that memory, and its cover lets the inkman forces grow stably. Later in the same memory Liu tribe weakens and the Inkman King immediately drops it to collaborate with Ma Hong Yun on equal terms. ^{ch. 662}

Domination Immortal Chu Du’s feud with the tribe is long: he killed a Liu tribe Gu Immortal who had lost to him and begged for mercy, went into seclusion for decades when the tribe sent several Gu Immortals after him, and came back at rank seven to destroy eighteen of Liu tribe’s resource points in three days, driving off the three Gu Immortals who chased him and coming close to the tribe’s headquarters. He then encircles Liu tribe’s blessed land until the tribe’s first supreme elder, a seasoned rank seven expert, comes out and fights him a long time without being able to do anything to him, and after that battle Chu Du turns low profile, cultivating in seclusion and rarely showing himself. ^{ch. 1057} That battle came a hundred years ago, and it is still the last time he fought openly. ^{ch. 1061}

Lang Ya land spirit picks one of the ten great fierce areas of Northern Plains for a plan of Fang Yuan’s, southeast of Guan Tribe and northwest of Liu tribe. ^{ch. 1084}

Liu tribe is one of the Huang Jin tribes, the bloodline descended from Giant Sun Immortal Venerable. At the tribe’s base camp, Xuan Bai blessed land, the first supreme elder receives Longevity Heaven’s Longevity Edict, an information path Immortal Gu ordering the Huang Jin tribes to move together against Bai Zu tribe. Bai Zu tribe has taken over Hei tribe, so its forces now border Liu tribe, and the rank eight Gu Immortal behind it keeps Liu tribe vigilant and deeply wary. Domination Immortal Chu Du has a standing feud with Liu tribe, and his reputation as Domination Immortal was made largely at Liu tribe’s expense, so the tribe is content to watch him and Heavenly Lord Bai Zu wear each other down rather than move first. The edict binds the tribe regardless, and the first supreme elder expects Liu tribe to face many times the pressure the other Huang Jin tribes will, since its land sits close to Hei tribe’s former territory. The first supreme elder marks the edict’s Immortal Gu with his own information before letting it fly on to the next Huang Jin tribe. ^{ch. 1181}

After Fang Yuan kills Liu Yong and moves Bone Burial Field into his immortal aperture, the tribe is left with only the field’s soil terrain, the twenty percent he did not take. The tribe can still rebuild the site, but restoring it to its former scale would take heavy expenditure. ^{ch. 1291}
