Liu Yong

When the defensive Gu formation is attacked he rises furious that someone dares strike Liu tribe territory, then sees an ancient sword dragon and recognizes Liu Guan Yi. Despite the courage in his name he is gutless, stammers, and is cut apart by dragon breath that uses rank seven dragon breath Immortal Gu. His upper body blows apart; his soul survives weakly because enslavement and soul path are related and his soul foundation is strong enough to manipulate desolate beasts. When the six bone armor hounds run to guard their dead master’s body Fang Yuan rates him passable at raising desolate beasts, and he then seals the immortal aperture still hidden in the corpse. ^{ch. 1208}

Before dying he had already informed Liu tribe. Fang Yuan notes that every Liu Gu Immortal is on guard, so the jade light pit defender Liu Luo is alert. From Liu Yong’s soul Fang Yuan also learns tribe details used while looting onward. ^{ch. 1209}

Fang Yuan searches the soul further, tosses out the corpse, and finds a black hound land spirit whose annex condition is twenty desolate beast hounds. After annexing the enslavement path blessed land, calamities and tribulations move forward by only one, showing a rank six blessed land has negligible effect on rank seven cultivation. ^{ch. 1210}

Later deduction pressure on Fang Yuan rises after he has plundered Liu tribe resource points and killed Liu Yong among other acts. ^{ch. 1211}

Long after his death, Liu Yong’s enslavement path blessed land and his soul both remain among Fang Yuan’s holdings, counted in a survey of his assets. ^{ch. 1291}
