Sacred Eagle City is much larger than Mountain Cliff City. Mountain Cliff City is only a sub-city, while Sacred Eagle City is one of the main cities of Beast Calamity grotto-heaven. In peacetime the city can be serene and bustling. It has gates, a City Lord Manor, and a garden Eagle Warrior names as his burial place. In this life yellow soil crocodiles hunt people through a swamp that covers the city, and an immemorial desolate eagle wounds Eagle Warrior, who is Sacred Eagle City Lord. After Fang Yuan annexes Beast Calamity grotto-heaven, Sacred Eagle City arrives with newly added land where Mini Western Desert’s inkman group waits. The city gates open and the residents greet the inkmen. Eagle Warrior, then in charge of Sacred Eagle City, greets Mo Tan Sang. Fang Yuan places Sacred Eagle City, Dark Valley, Spirit Spring Forest, Mountain Cliff City, and Star Collection City in Mini Western Desert, Mini Southern Border, Mini Central Continent, Mini Northern Plains, and Mini Blue Heaven respectively. ^{ch. 1919}

Inside the sovereign immortal aperture, tribulation clouds gather over Sacred Eagle City. Its residents are mostly humans from the former Beast Calamity grotto-heaven. A recently promoted Sacred Eagle City Lord, advanced to rank seven with Fang Yuan’s help, holds the City Lord Manor with only three Gu Immortals in the city and asks Triple Sacred Mountain for reinforcements.
