Beast Calamity true inheritance

After inheriting several inheritances, Fang Yuan treats everything in Beast Calamity grotto-heaven as his property and heads for the final inheritance ground, judging that taking it would let him combine all the inheritance contents into the complete contents. Beast Calamity Immortal had been heavily injured fighting an immemorial desolate beast star sea snail, and on his deathbed he left the inheritances and forged that snail into the final inheritance ground. ^{ch. 1689}

The Beast Calamity heavenly spirit appears as a young qilin with several Immortal Gu and tells Fang Yuan that although he obtained many inheritances, he has not obtained full recognition: he can receive the main body’s immortal killer moves, but not the Immortal Gu or the grotto-heaven’s inheritance rights. Fang Yuan realises the Combat Beast Warriors were originally part of the inheritance; the heavenly spirit adds that everyone has only one chance, then hands over those immortal killer moves and opens an exit. ^{ch. 1689}

After leaving, Fang Yuan names Beast Calamity Immortal’s unique method as the immortal killer move Myriad Beings Assimilation Transformation. Four Immortal Gu form the move; the core is rank eight adaptation Immortal Gu, Beast Calamity Immortal’s vital Gu, and the other three are rank seven. He plans to use heaven form to find where those Immortal Gu are hidden and great thief ghost hand to snatch them, while noting that the heavenly spirit can destroy the grotto-heaven if forced. Beast Calamity heavenly spirit said a person had only one chance to inherit, but Fang Yuan doubts its detection can distinguish his true identity if he returns with familiar face. ^{ch. 1690}

Heaven form later finds the hidden location of the crucial Immortal Gu inside Beast Calamity grotto-heaven. Fang Yuan uses familiar face to disguise himself, enters, and uses theft path methods to steal all of the Immortal Gu inside. He then changes his identity again and inherits the Beast Calamity true inheritance; the Beast Calamity heavenly spirit is completely deceived, and even when Beast Calamity grotto-heaven is annexed it does not discover his true identity. ^{ch. 1703}

Fang Yuan later summarises that first Bull-headed Demon God attack: he snatched the Beast Calamity inheritance without the qilin heavenly spirit’s acknowledgement, used myriad beings assimilation transformation with difficulty, obtained no Immortal Gu, and treated it as merely half an inheritance. Dragon Palace’s contest then pulled him to Eastern Sea; he later returned, changed tactics, and annexed the grotto-heaven after subduing it, having killed almost all of the Gu Immortals inside and damaged the grotto-heaven heavily. ^{ch. 1822}

Fang Yuan uses soul replacement to place a clone in Beast Calamity grotto-heaven: a grey soul ball occupies the body of the young man Zhan Bu Du after destroying that man’s soul. ^{ch. 1822}

Fang Yuan plans for Zhan Bu Du to wait to become a Gu Immortal, then accept the test openly and become the inheritor of Beast Calamity Immortal’s true inheritance. He contrasts that with the previous life, when he attacked openly as Bull-headed Demon God and killed many Combat Beast Warriors. ^{ch. 1855}

Beast Calamity’s true inheritance is split into several portions kept in the main cities of Beast Calamity grotto-heaven. Under Sacred Eagle City’s City Lord Manor, Eagle Warrior describes an old altar that legends say holds a portion of the first generation Combat Beast King’s power, with several more altars in the other main cities, while also calling those stories likely false rumors because countless people had tried and failed. Zhan Bu Du, as Little Du, inherits the power from that altar, which shatters; Eagle Warrior treats that as meaning he can inherit the rest of the inheritances and become the future Combat Beast King. ^{ch. 1878}

Zhan Bu Du already holds the Beast Calamity true inheritance from various important places and lacks only the last part, kept under Star Snail Hall in Star Collection City. At the last altar the qilin heavenly spirit tells him he is qualified to inherit the entire Beast Calamity true inheritance, and once he inherits the complete true inheritance the heavenly spirit acknowledges him as master. The memories show that the grotto-heaven’s world is small and that the true way to use Gu worms is not by transformation. With a master acknowledged, myriad beings assimilation transformation no longer affects Fang Yuan’s main body when the entrance is opened. ^{ch. 1917}

After handing Combat Beast King an information path mortal Gu, Zhan Bu Du says this is how Gu worms should be used, and that the Beast Calamity true inheritance he received says this as well. He asks Combat Beast King and the other warriors to learn the traditional Gu cultivation method. After Fang Yuan annexes Beast Calamity grotto-heaven with Zhan Bu Du as its owner, several major gathering spots are found to contain a portion of Beast Calamity grotto-heaven’s true inheritance. Fang Yuan places Sacred Eagle City, Dark Valley, Spirit Spring Forest, Mountain Cliff City, and Star Collection City in Mini Western Desert, Mini Southern Border, Mini Central Continent, Mini Northern Plains, and Mini Blue Heaven respectively, and obtains myriad beings assimilation transformation again. ^{ch. 1919}
