Eighty-Eight True Yang Building

Fei Qing tells his son that thick Giant Sun Immortal Venerable bloodline, rare among the Huang Jin family, qualifies one to enter Eighty-Eighth True Yang Building inside Imperial Court blessed land and claim the grace left for later generations. ^{ch. 488}

Ma Ying Jie calls Imperial Court blessed land Giant Sun Immortal Venerable’s grace to his descendants, and names Eighty Eight True Yang Building as holding the Immortal Venerable’s inheritance. Lang Ya land spirit asks how Fang Yuan could know a secret from when the Immortal Gu house was refined, when only Giant Sun Immortal Venerable was there as bystander. Fang Yuan recalls that in a prior life Ma Hong Yun entered the building and obtained Giant Sun Immortal Venerable’s inheritance. The land spirit pours the requested building information into a rank four east window Gu and hands it to Fang Yuan before the trade is settled, then demands Fang Yuan’s side. ^{ch. 490}

Giant Sun Immortal Venerable built Eighty-Eight True Yang Building at the sacred palace and set the Imperial Court contest rules before vanishing from the world. The peak of the eighth level stays empty until the ten year blizzard, when the building shows up. Every small tower spaced across Imperial Court blessed land is part of Eighty-Eight True Yang Building. Long Hair Ancestor refined that Immortal Gu house to as high as rank eight, and after Giant Sun Immortal Venerable’s preparations it mirrors northern plains, with each tower holding thousands of wild Gu that kill those who target them. Eighty-Eight True Yang Building sits at the apex of Gu house examples, with defend, gather, store, and related effects.
