Giant Sun Immortal Venerable Inheritance

Eighty-Eight True Yang Building is named Giant Sun Immortal Venerable’s inheritance ground, with strong attraction for Gu Masters of his bloodline and for outsiders who enter on guest tokens. ^{ch. 569}

Mo Yao’s will explains that after a descendant passes a floor, the owner token can become a one-edge owner token with floor control and free treasure-room rights, and that passing ten floors yields a ten-edges owner token that can retrieve a Giant Sun inheritance from the treasure room. Giant Sun Immortal Venerable arranged the Imperial Court contest, set up Eighty-Eight True Yang Building, and left eighty-eight inheritances inside it. When Mo Yao lived, fifty-three of those eighty-eight still remained. ^{ch. 575}

Inside the true inheritance secluded domain, Mo Yao names three supreme true inheritances. One is a luck path inheritance founded by Giant Sun Immortal Venerable on his unique luck path attainment. Another is the control rights of Eighty-Eight True Yang Building, which he refined with Long Hair Ancestor. ^{ch. 601}

Fang Yuan summarizes prior-life Ma Hong Yun as someone who inherited Giant Sun’s inheritance and a Thieving Heaven opportunity, then rose as a Northern Plains hero against Central Continent. ^{ch. 622}

A later auction account states that during his life Giant Sun Immortal Venerable kept the luck path true inheritance deeply secret, meaning to pass a complete version to his descendants, and that the inheritance later became incomplete and split, while Ma Hong Yun is named the one recognized inheritor of that luck path true inheritance. ^{ch. 761}
