Chapter 569

Mo Yao’s will waves off his threat. She calls herself his benefactor and reminds him that calamity beckoning Gu is already his own Immortal Gu, which she calls a rare feat for a mortal. She promises that once he returns the Water Pavilion to Spirit Affinity House her wish is fulfilled and the will has no more reason to exist. Fang Yuan does not want to give up the rank seven Immortal Gu house, but he has no other choice, since a portion of Mo Yao’s remnant will also still occupies the Water Pavilion itself. History names her a refinement grandmaster, and she seems even more skilled in wisdom path and soul path, easily dispelling every mental attack Fang Yuan throws at her. ^{ch. 569}

Despite the risk and investment behind the Di Qiu inheritance, Fang Yuan gained little. Fang Yuan recognizes the words as Sword Immortal Bo Qing’s, and notes that he never completed that final step. Fang Yuan curses that she has hidden herself again, since once she does he can never find any trace of her, her attainment in soul path and wisdom path far exceeding his own and giving her free reign inside his mind. But this time he does not leave empty handed. Searching his mind he finds one of her stray thoughts, and its content makes his heart shudder: a killer move named six arm heavenly zombie king. ^{ch. 569}

Fang Yuan had been trying to combine strength and enslavement paths, and his first result was the strength path killer move four arm earth king.
