Imperial Court Blessed Land

Fei Qing tells his son that if he can enter Imperial Court blessed land, he should go to Eighty-Eighth True Yang Building and obtain the grace Ancestor Giant Sun left for later generations. ^{ch. 488}

Ma Ying Jie calls Imperial Court blessed land Giant Sun Immortal Venerable’s grace left to his descendants, and names Eighty Eight True Yang Building as holding the Immortal Venerable inheritance. Beyond that building, many Gu Master inheritances sit across the land, and tribes that enter historically gain a large rise in strength. The land is similar to Tian Ti Mountain in that Gu Masters often leave inheritances there. Northern Plains suffers a great blizzard every ten years that destroys many wild inheritances, so setting inheritances in Imperial Court blessed land became a northern plains tradition. Evading the blizzard safely and seeking those inheritances drives the struggle for Imperial Court among grassland tribes, and heroes assemblies form around that contest. ^{ch. 489}
