Sleeping Cloud Coffin is an immortal killer move. Cloud-white coffins hold sleeping Gu Immortals, and only a set sequence of mortal killer moves can unseal them without destroying the captives.
After Fang Yuan uses mountain pledge Gu to make an agreement with Lang Ya land spirit in Lang Ya blessed land, more than ten coffins emerge from the cloud soil at the land spirit’s cry. They ooze immortal auras, stay pure white, and show clouds forming and breaking on the surface as the manifestation of an immortal killer move. Opening a coffin shows a Gu Immortal captive inside. Thirteen coffins hold thirteen Gu Immortals. Fang Yuan recognizes familiar faces such as Loner Hong Yu. Name and unsealing
Lang Ya land spirit gives Fang Yuan eight mortal killer moves and calls them the key to unsealing the immortal killer move sleeping cloud coffin. Only the order he told Fang Yuan can unlock the coffins. Otherwise the coffins are destroyed along with the Gu Immortals inside. Those mortal killer moves have no names, and their only use is as that key. Fang Yuan plans to give them to Tai Bai Yun Sheng, who cultivates cloud path on the side, for reference. Coffin delivery
Fang Yuan brings the thirteen sleeping cloud coffins through a hole earth Gu path into Bai Sheng blessed land and meets Qin Bai Sheng again. ch. 747
Transaction display
When the thirty-seventh secret room sells a Gu Immortal captive, Qin Bai Sheng displays the sleeping Gu Immortal inside the sleeping cloud coffin. He introduces Loner Hong Yu as a rank six fire path Gu Immortal at one heavenly tribulation. ch. 762
