Narration places him among the four rank four peak stage Gu Masters then strongest on the mountain. He and Yi Chong look like allies while not being of one mind. He chooses King Quan Inheritance; talk on the mountain calls him an enslavement path Gu Master already into the middle stage of that inheritance. ^{ch. 345}

At a later opening he mumbles Blazing Inferno with fear toward Yi Huo’s reputation and admits Yi Huo is a notch above him. After Yi Huo takes King Bao Inheritance, Wu Shen Tong and Yi Chong enter King Quan Inheritance. ^{ch. 356} Tie Ba Xiu’s private roster still lists him among five rank four peak stage Gu Masters on the mountain. ^{ch. 359}

When Tie Mu Bai appears, he easily defeats Yi Huo, Kong Ri Tian, Long Qing Tian, Yi Chong, and Wu Shen Tong together. ^{ch. 370} Narration later says only those five rank four peak stage Gu Masters remain on the mountain among that earlier set. ^{ch. 373}

He is thin as a stick, his skin pale-yellow, and he looks like a sickly scholar. He once had broad shoulders and a thin waist and a perfect body, then jade sky Gu poison made him thinner each day. ^{ch. 386}

Inside King Quan Inheritance he counts the forty-eighth round. Narration says he comes from Wu clan, the number one super clan in Southern Border and supreme overlord of the righteous path, and that he is the heavily nurtured enslavement path Gu Master of that clan. He once had a broad shoulder and thin waist, then Long Qing Tian’s jade sky Gu poison left him thinner each day after Divine Doctor Sheng Shou could only preserve life and cultivation with regular detox. He rates his enslavement mastery top-tier in Southern Border and almost best on San Cha Mountain, naming only Wu Gui and Zhang San San as threats. Fang Yuan appears behind him and pops his head; narration states he is dead. ^{ch. 386}

A following chapter calls him a grand rank four peak stage Gu Master who never even saw Bai Ning Bing’s appearance. Fang Yuan takes his aperture while Bai Ning Bing takes his enslavement path Gu worms and dog groups, and his death lifts her dog army by about ten percent. ^{ch. 387} Fang Yuan later treats survival of jade sky Gu poison as extreme luck when Long Qing Tian dies by that same poison. ^{ch. 388} When Bai Ning Bing’s dog command looks weak, Fang Yuan thinks Zhang San San, Wu Gui, or Wu Shen Tong could have held those dogs like an army. ^{ch. 389}

In that framing Wu clan sends him as the first expert against Yi Tian Village: Wu clan elder, rank four peak stage, enslavement path, with three rank four Gu Masters as protection. Beast groups hit the mountain; he retreats with heavy injuries after fighting Xiao Shan, Sun Pang Hu, and Zhou Xing Xing, then Lu Zuan Feng brings his head and ends that first righteous wave. Later the righteous path lacks him when Second Zombie King presses with enslavement path might. ^{ch. 965}

A closer retelling shows him arriving thin and pale, coughing, rank four peak stage enslavement path, on a forced clan mission, raising morale, then retreating heavily injured before Lu Zuan Feng assassinates him that evening and brings the head back. ^{ch. 999 ch. 1000}

At Wu clan, among over fifty Gu Masters gathered for immortal-ascension support, narration names Divine Doctor Sheng Shou and Wu Shen Tong as two revived through the dead sea life retrieval formation. ^{ch. 2132}
