Chapter 356

Five days later, three light pillars rise from San Cha mountain: red for King Bao Inheritance, yellow for King Quan Inheritance and blue for King Xin Inheritance. Three kings inheritance opens again after several months. Yi Huo gazes at them, excited, since great achievements here would let him truly join Shang clan and take its surname. He resents that Fang Yuan keeps refusing him. He knows Fang Yuan made a huge sum at Shang clan city from secrets of three kings inheritance and fights at rank four middle stage strength, and that recruiting him would mean gaining Bai Ning Bing too. Yi Huo vows to teach Fang Yuan a lesson after the inheritance. ^{ch. 356}

Wu Shen Tong, Yi Chong, pink butterfly gentleman Kong Ri Tian and Long Qing Tian, he who once dyed the sky blue, are all rank four peak stage experts who always move to the entrance first. Yi Huo laughs that he has reserved King Bao Inheritance. He is a fire path Gu Master, as King Bao was. Wu Shen Tong mumbles Blazing Inferno with some fear, admitting Yi Huo is a notch above him. Kong Ri Tian bursts into phoenix winged golden butterflies, Long Qing Tian sends a poison palm and Yi Chong raises blue water waves, all against Yi Huo at once. Yi Huo’s flames cover the water, burn the palm and drive the butterflies back until they reform as Kong Ri Tian. Yi Chong and Long Qing Tian change expression at the huge fire of his rank five Gu prairie fire. ^{ch. 356}

Yi Huo walks to the red light pillar, and the four, more or less stiff and unhappy, do not block him. After he enters King Bao Inheritance, Kong Ri Tian and Long Qing Tian enter King Xin Inheritance, and Wu Shen Tong and Yi Chong enter King Quan Inheritance. In a group of rank four upper stage Gu Masters, a righteous one asks Century Boy when he will avenge his goddaughter Xue San Si, killed by the little beast king. Century Boy coldly says the battle was only a probe, and that in a true fight who lives and who dies remains uncertain. He is actually very afraid, and has held back because Yi Huo repeatedly visits Fang Yuan. The group then enters the inheritance too. ^{ch. 356}

Fang Yuan climbs the peak, is recognized, and enters the blue pillar of King Xin Inheritance. Onlookers ask whether he has really forgotten his partner, still trapped by Tie clan’s four old-timers. Some righteous path Gu Masters call it the heartlessness of demonic path. Bai Ning Bing sees it from inside the qi barrier, pale with anger, and curses him. Tie clan’s four old-timers are embarrassed, for Fang Yuan has not come and their trap is a cold irony. They reject retreating as an insult to the clan, and their leader decides to request a rank four peak stage reinforcement. ^{ch. 356}

Inside King Xin Inheritance, endless grey fog completely fills Fang Yuan’s vision. Spring Autumn Cicada shakes its wings slightly, and time still flows three times faster than outside. He feels urgent, for the recovering cicada is a ticking time bomb. Heavenly power suppresses his other Gu, so he can use only paper crane Gu, the key to this inheritance. It floats ahead and leads him to a hill, where a blurry figure waits. ^{ch. 356}

The hairy man has two hands and two legs like an ordinary human, but is very buff, with reddish brown hair all over, bronze bell-like eyes and boorish, sporadic speech. He demands a contest, warning that the loser dies. Fang Yuan, calm, recognizes a mutated human with extremely low intelligence but natural talent in Gu refinement. Hairy men are the obstacles Gu Masters must clear, and losers are torn to shreds and eaten. Ten steps away, Fang Yuan says come, and Gu and materials appear in the air for both of them. The refinement begins, winner lives, loser dies. ^{ch. 356}
