Chapter 1636

In immemorial white heaven a gatehouse with a huge plaque reading Five Xiang’s Bet Entrance emerges in the sky and turns solid. Qi clan’s six Gu Immortals wait outside, led by first supreme elder Qi Fa. Second supreme elder Qi Cai is very impatient, and third supreme elder Qi Jin says the bet ends today. The door shines in five colors for the Five Xiangs. Red light is Xue Xiang’s Xue clan, wiped out for cultivating blood path, so it fades. Yellow light is Chi Xiang’s Chi clan, whose descendants lived like livestock and produced no Gu Immortal. Two figures then arrive, a silvery haired girl with coral-like dragon horns, whom the Qi clan Gu Immortals take for Bai Ning Bing, and a young man. Qi Jin sees the young man’s extremely exquisite face. He shakes as if struck by lightning and names him Fang Yuan. The Qi clan knew Bai Ning Bing is his henchman and had prepared for his coming, but when he truly appears the preparation proves in vain. ^{ch. 1636}
