Ni Ren

Qi Zai explains that Ni Ren refined Immortal Gu into the bloodline so others could not take them away, and that reverse refinement would fail. The Gu were chosen so mortals could use them at a high price. Once in a while a Ni clan Gu Master who survives bloodline awakening grows an Immortal Gu inside the body. The first such Gu is information path Immortal Gu Yes or No. Qi Zai also says that in the last few thousand years no Ni clan Gu Immortal appeared, and that those Immortal Gu costs left mortal holders unsafe. ^{ch. 1036}

Narration of Ni Xiang’s Ni clan names Ni Er as the Gu Immortal who fused Immortal Gu into the bloodline, with refinement path attainment deduced at quasi-supreme grandmaster, the same bloodline arrangement earlier credited to Ni Ren. ^{ch. 1636} Another chapter lists Ni clan’s Gu Immortal Ni Er among rank seven elites who left wills in the bet. ^{ch. 1639}

Fang Yuan treats the Ni clansmen’s in-body Immortal Gu condensation as the result of Ni Ren’s human path Gu refinement technique, and hopes reverse-deducing it can fill a refinement path gap. ^{ch. 2129} He later calls Ni Ren’s method an ingenious human isolation style refinement technique after watching bloodline condensation produce Immortal Gu in surviving Ni clan Gu Masters. ^{ch. 2131}
