Tai Qiu

The swathes of giant grass form a primitive jungle that holds desolate beasts, ancient desolate beasts, and vague signs of immemorial desolate beasts. ^{ch. 1085} In one deep area, even a falling star hound and a diamond bear stand shorter than the strands of giant grass around them. ^{ch. 1134}

Even at the periphery a careless step can trigger a beast tide. Immemorial desolate beasts and those tides are why Northern Plains Gu Immortal forces refuse to meddle here. ^{ch. 1089}

Fang Yuan returns when Lang Ya land spirit picks Tai Qiu as the site for a teleportation Gu formation and sends him with an old Tai Qiu map to inspect the terrain. Super forces do not want to touch the place because a small commotion can become a beast tide of desolate and ancient desolate beasts, with immemorial beasts possible. ^{ch. 1085} On that trip he sees the green tower rise from the yellow plain and enters among giant grass that blocks the sky. ^{ch. 1087} After the map’s three marked sites are gone or unsuitable, an immemorial desolate beast corpse appears as a surprise refuge. ^{ch. 1088} Near the center it shows as an elephant corpse, and he stays safe there while the beast tide goes around it. ^{ch. 1089}

On the Northern Plains map, Blood Plain sits on the left, Tai Qiu on the right, and Hei tribe’s Iron Eagle blessed land between them, forming an irregular V when the three are linked. ^{ch. 1206}

Fang Yuan succeeds in setting up the transportation Gu formation, so travel between Lang Ya blessed land and Tai Qiu becomes quick, though he himself does not want to enter again. He expects Lang Ya land spirit to send hairy man Gu Immortals into Tai Qiu on sect missions to kill desolate beasts for immortal materials and combat training. ^{ch. 1090} That plan does not stop: from time to time hairy man Gu Immortals take the transportation formation into Tai Qiu. ^{ch. 1092} Lang Ya land spirit later says Gu Immortals have been entering smoothly and modifying the environment to expand the base. ^{ch. 1093}

Longer after that, exploration and excavation of Tai Qiu remain a main Lang Ya Sect development route, though weak fighters make progress hard against strong beasts and plants. Fang Yuan then sends Shadow Sect members to take those missions; they explore and fight there while the sect clears ground around the teleportation formation. ^{ch. 1462 ch. 1463} With Shadow Sect help, Lang Ya Sect’s exploration speeds up. ^{ch. 1465}
