Traveling Three Elites

Lu Qing Ming, Han Dong, and Su Guang are the Traveling Three Elites. When they join forces they can match a rank seven Gu Immortal, but they are cooperating when they do that and are not as powerful individually. A desolate level phantom beast swallows Han Dong and flies off, and the remaining two lose that combined weight at once. They chase, then go all out to save him and push back three more desolate level phantom beasts. Demonic path Gu Immortals around them have been preserving strength. With Lu Qing Ming and Su Guang leading the way, the others find the fighting easier. Unfettered Scholar notes that they have lost their rank seven battle strength and treats that as one fewer true competitor. ^{ch. 785}

After Han Dong is gone, Lu Qing Ming and Su Guang are only at rank six. Besides Unfettered Scholar and Pi Shui Han, Fang Yuan is the other Gu Immortal who has shown rank seven battle strength in that scramble. ^{ch. 790}

Fang Yuan searches Dong Fang Chang Fan’s soul and learns that Han Dong died after the phantom beast dragged him into the corpse mountain. He was supposed to be a captive, but he died in the heavenly tribulation and earthly calamity. ^{ch. 811}

Lu Qing Ming and Su Guang look down on Hei tribe’s golden wheat field. Guan Shen Zhao of Guan tribe bars them, saying he has heard of the Traveling Three Elites, that Han Dong is already dead after Dong Fang Chang Fan’s incident, and that if they act forcefully the Traveling Three Elites would be wiped out. Su Guang answers that Guan Shen Zhao is in the righteous path while the brothers are in the demonic path, and that they will fight. The two sides engage in the sky. ^{ch. 1103}

Guan Shen Zhao fights the Traveling Two Elites and is outnumbered, so the two demonic path Gu Immortals snatch the golden wheat field. Large numbers of Gu Immortals then join in. Demonic path Gu Immortals such as the Traveling Three Elites, Old Lu, Half Moon Brutemaster, and Zhuo Zhan compete over Hei tribe resources. ^{ch. 1104}

The Traveling Three Elites were Lu Qing Ming, Su Guang, and Han Dong. They were lone cultivators, rather famous ones. When the three worked together they could use an immortal killer move that gathered light, forming a chariot that could travel quickly, the sort of joint move close Gu Immortals create after cultivating together. Lu Qing Ming is a wind path Gu Immortal whose signature move is Entangled Wind. Su Guang is a light path Gu Immortal. Han Dong cultivated transformation path. Han Dong’s land spirit would only acknowledge Lu Qing Ming or Su Guang. From this point, the Traveling Three Elites truly had a close relationship. Han Dong’s obsession before dying was to leave all of his assets to his two good friends. ^{ch. 1184}
