Seven Star Light is Dong Fang Yu Liang's signature killer move. Seven colored lights rotate around him and empower star thought Gu.
After Hei Lou Lan offers surrender terms, Dong Fang Yu Liang refuses and calls Seven Star Light. He activates Star Thought Gu, and within a few breaths tens of thousands of thoughts gush out as bright as starlight, then merge into a large star cloud that he shoots at Hei Lou Lan. ch. 513
Star thoughts move very fast, strike the enemy’s mind from any direction, and are hard to guard against. Weak willpower can leave a victim idiotic. Most Gu Masters whose minds are struck feel dizzy and cannot stand stably. A few experts with firm willpower destroy the incoming thoughts, and that resistance slows the surrounding fights. After the dark vortex blast, Hei Lou Lan is exhausted and soaked in dark red blood from that backlash. He judges that creating so many star thoughts without restriction already costs at least two years of Dong Fang Yu Liang’s lifespan, so he wants to avoid the cloud. He heals from that backlash while continually dodging the star cloud. Dong Fang Yu Liang finds Hei Lou Lan’s movement Gu outstanding enough that even star thoughts cannot catch up. The star cloud becomes the first force to dominate the battlefield while chasing him, devastating everything in its path. Most Gu Masters flee rather than risk idiocy. Star thoughts exhaust rapidly, yet he creates new ones so fast that the cloud’s size slightly increases. ch. 513
He then changes the star thought cloud’s direction and charges the elite troop battle rings, intending to destroy Hei tribe’s elite troops. Hei tribe’s blue butterfly elite troop of Ye tribe collapses with countless casualties. He next sends the cloud at Wang tribe’s war dog elite troop, which is disrupted and then killed by surrounding elite troops. Killing those two troops consumes a huge number of star thoughts. Even so he feels intense weakness, and strands of white appear in his bluish-black hair. ch. 513
Duration limit
He treats the move as a shown trump card and knows it will not last for long unless he can force Hei Lou Lan and Chang Shan Yin into the open. He splits the star thought cloud toward black banner elite troop and Ge tribe. Battle thought Gu helps the black banner line resist half the cloud, while Hei Lou Lan’s later interference lets that half fade after a stretch of mayhem. ch. 514

Seven lumps of light of all colors float and circle him, and a huge lump of star thoughts bursts out under that support, dyeing the surroundings blue. The resulting star cloud kills a coiling mountain myriad beast goat king and dozens of elite goats, then he almost collapses and has to be held up by Tan Wu Feng and Dong Po Kong. ch. 781
