Dark Prison

When Qin Bai Sheng attacks Lang Ya blessed land for the Immortal Gu House Refinement Cauldron, Hei Cheng uses Dark Prison to block the ancient battle formation Heavenly Giant Solor, first releasing the ancient desolate beast sharp tusk boar and then entering the black pearl himself. After the sharp tusk boar dies to the giant’s qi path roar, Hei Cheng keeps flying Dark Prison into the giant to stall it, which is what Qin Bai Sheng ordered him to do so that the theft of Refinement Cauldron’s Gu could go on. ^{ch. 883}

Dark Prison breaks through two of the giant’s defensive moves and those two alone leave it with less than thirty percent of its original power, so it reaches the third like a spent arrow and does only inconsequential damage, and Hei Cheng keeps it fighting anyway, shouting that an Immortal Gu House is made from a small number of Immortal Gu and countless mortal Gu, so that as long as the Immortal Gu remain intact he can replenish however many mortal Gu are consumed. Lang Ya land spirit agrees with him, and Hei Cheng then finds that many of Dark Prison’s Gu worms have already been forcefully refined away by the land spirit, two Immortal Gu among them; a house that loses Gu worms and even Immortal Gu only grows weaker while its core remains intact. ^{ch. 884}

Worn down to dizziness, Hei Cheng keeps Dark Prison between the silver giant and Qin Bai Sheng until Qin Bai Sheng breaks off with only half of Refinement Cauldron, telling his group afterwards that he turned back because Luo Po valley was under attack and that they can use Dark Prison to make up for the incomplete Immortal Gu House. Before that retreat, two of Fang Yuan’s strength path giant hands clap Dark Prison between them and leave the round black house squeezed out of shape, a huge crack running around it with thick smoke and sparks pouring out. ^{ch. 885}

With little immortal essence left after the hundred days battle, Hei Cheng activates Dark Prison at less than one percent of full power and Hong Chi Ming traps it with a Gu formation. Central Continent Gu Immortals take Dark Prison down about seven minutes later; Hei Cheng abandons the house and escapes. ^{ch. 925}

Hei Cheng sacrificed Dark Prison to save his life; the house was not his, and its core Immortal Gu came from Hei tribe’s four supreme elders. After Central Continent Gu Immortals divide Dark Prison, they bring those Immortal Gu back to their sects, and one Immortal Gu is already forcefully refined by a Central Continent Gu Immortal. ^{ch. 940}

Fang Yuan later ranks Graceful Chaotic Duel Stage above Dark Prison and recalls that after Dark Prison was lost, Hei tribe’s four supreme elders risked chasing Hei Cheng in his previous life. ^{ch. 971}

In this life the battle to defend Lang Ya blessed land runs much as it did in his previous life, and Hei Cheng again controls the Immortal Gu House Dark Prison, with which he can resist Heavenly Giant Solor. ^{ch. 980}

Dark Prison’s specialty is capturing, rearing, and enslaving desolate beasts and ancient desolate beasts, and raising its rank would let it also subdue immemorial desolate beasts. ^{ch. 1007}

Taking over Qin Bai He’s Immortal Gu House Bai He Palace, Fang Yuan finds it incomplete, lacking a great deal and low in power, unreliable and quite fragile, far weaker than Hei tribe’s Dark Prison, and only then takes it apart. ^{ch. 1487}
