Chapter 1239

Qi luck sensation, an immortal killer move from Hei Fan grotto-heaven, uses qi luck Immortal Gu and mortal Gu to sense people bound to the user by luck. A second attempt meets another small mishap, since the move now uses too many Gu worms for him to deduce completely, and he stops it again to inspect. Bu Zhen Zi remarks that the wall is said to be thicker than the five regional walls, and seeing it himself makes that seem true. The wind rushes back in very quickly, so the Houses stay very close together as they push forward. Partway through, Edge Link Camp loses many Gu worms and falls to the back. Wind Sweeping Building takes the lead until Canary Pavilion moves up in turn. Days later the three Houses break through into black heaven, one of only two of the immemorial nine heavens left, chosen over white heaven for the concealment that keeps their sneak-attack advantage. ^{ch. 1239}
