Chapter 902

Fang Yuan enters Star Form blessed land to find it shaking with earthquakes from the relocation, its qi unsettled until it resettles and resumes absorbing earth qi. He surveys cracked ground and burning fires. Transplanting the aperture meant he could use no Immortal Gu to defend the land while it moved. Lang Ya land spirit had once told him that Lang Ya blessed land’s own losses were worse still, which is why a blessed land is ordinarily not relocated. ^{ch. 902}

Fang Yuan inspects the four sources of revenue. Broken star lake runs along a huge crack with its seaweed lost, arrow bamboo forest escapes unharmed, the meteorite pit is nearly unrecognizable, and fire burns some of the star fragment grass fields. Landscape as before Immortal Gu mends the ground, refills the lake and restores the pit and the fields’ terrain, though it cannot rebuild the man made palace destroyed beneath the lake. The lake’s fish, insect and Gu groups were moved to Hu Immortal blessed land before the relocation. ^{ch. 902}

Fang Yuan judges landscape as before Immortal Gu alone shrank his losses by at least eighty percent, and his earlier evacuation left the final loss minor. He leaves some cracks unrepaired. A thought strikes him: the cracks could become a river channel network, though the terrain will need the light of wisdom to work out. ^{ch. 902}

He returns the relocation Immortal Gu to Lang Ya land spirit, who hands back his collateral, having earned over two thousand immortal essence stones. Lang Ya land spirit offers a discount on future borrowing if Fang Yuan joins as a supreme elder. Fang Yuan says he will think about it. He will not trade his freedom for the tie. He then returns landscape as before Immortal Gu to Tai Bai Yun Sheng, who reports Song Yi Shi’s search for him and advises joining Eastern Sea Zombie Alliance through Shark Demon. Fang Yuan waits: with more than ten days left before the next attack on Yu Lu blessed land, it is not yet time to act. ^{ch. 902}

Tens of days later, Fang Yuan wakes in Hu Immortal blessed land’s underground cave muttering that he has failed again. The cave has grown into a huge blood zhi forest since the blessed land’s seventh earthly calamity, needing a century or two to mature. He expects little from it, and will not invest. He now focuses on Star Form blessed land, since exposure as the culprit behind the Eighty-Eight True Yang Building’s collapse will force him to abandon Hu Immortal blessed land, leaving Star Form his only base. ^{ch. 902}

His plan, worked out with the light of wisdom, is a three dimensional river system through sky and ground, using cloud soil to grow star fragment grass. Now short of funds, he can only repair the four sources of revenue. Arrow bamboo forest stands at its best under moon well water. The pit and lake are fully restored. The grass fields grow fast under spring star rain, an immortal killer move since he gained star shoot Immortal Gu. ^{ch. 902}

The dragonfish, eerie fire dragon pythons, regretful spiders and Dang Hun Mountain remain in Hu Immortal blessed land. Fang Yuan awaits the finished water system, while Star Form blessed land besides nears its own heavenly tribulation. The same pressure drove the gravely injured, confidence-shaken rank six Star Lord Wan Xiang to expose Starry Sky grotto-heaven’s secret and drag Shi Lei into exploring it with him. Fang Yuan remains undecided about moving his resources first. ^{ch. 902}

Fang Yuan then visits Dang Hun palace, where the captive Gu Yue Fang Zheng sits hollow eyed and unmoving. The news that Immortal Crane Sect tried to kill him and his own master Lord Sky Crane tried to possess him appears to have struck him hard. Fang Yuan speaks to him as usual.
