Starry Sky Grotto-Heaven

Starry Sky grotto-heaven is the rank eight immortal aperture of Seven Star Child, still high in Central Continent's sky when Fang Yuan enters it.

Appearance

There are dozens of green mountain peaks. During an astronomical change the green sky fills with countless star specks that can converge into star halls on the peaks.^{ch. 716}

Fang Yuan and Hei Lou Lan hunt for a star demon bat’s wings and possibly another desolate beast for Lang Ya land spirit.^{ch. 713} They fight through many desolate beasts without finding the bat; Hei Lou Lan heals a flying sword rat wound while Fang Yuan maps the explored terrain on rock. The expected heavenly spirit suppression does not appear, and Fang Yuan cannot locate the poisonous swamp from his previous life near an ancient tree forest.^{ch. 716}

Halls and spaces

Star halls form from converging starlight on mountain peaks during an astronomical change. Star Lord Wan Xiang says he can only force entry at one point each year by Central Continent time, and that Gu Immortals may stay only two days before the small opening closes.^{ch. 716} Fang Yuan and Hei Lou Lan later conclude the grotto-heaven holds seven isolated spaces, each with its own sky, earth, and ecology, linked only through the six wells in the star halls.^{ch. 718}

Walking meat tree

The first walking meat tree Fang Yuan ever saw was here; his second sighting comes later, in Hei Fan grotto-heaven.^{ch. 1133}
