In his previous five hundred years, Tang clan had the deepest dream path foundation among the five regions’ super forces and rose on dream path during the five regions chaotic war. He already holds Unravel Dream, but without Steal Dream he would still have to enter Starry Sky grotto-heaven and get close to that dream, so he cannot contest Combat Immortal Sect for it yet. ch. 776

Inside Tang clan’s immortal formation, after exploring two stages of Thieving Heaven’s dream realm, Fang Yuan recalls that in his first life Tang Fang Ming created the dream path immortal killer move Steal Dream. He had once blamed that creation on Shadow Sect’s help; after seeing Tang Fang Ming’s dream path mortal Gu work against that hard dream realm, he judges Steal Dream more likely Tang Fang Ming’s own work. ch. 1502
