Chapter 1111

In Southern Border, more than ten righteous path Gu Immortals spend nine days setting up a super Gu formation around the giant dream realm left after the Yi Tian Mountain battle. They mean to hold it jointly and keep the demonic path and lone immortals from claiming its benefits. Those demonic path and lone immortals know the dream realm’s value even without knowing the details of that battle, but hidden Gu Immortal experts, suspected of holding Immortal Gu Houses, deter them, and they retreat. A pillar of light bursts up as the formation completes, and the huge super Gu formation then conceals itself and vanishes from the immortals’ sight. The righteous path Gu Immortals immediately argue over shares, with Wu clan and Luo tribe each claiming credit for contributing five Immortal Gu. A Chi clan immortal counters that his clan’s first supreme elder, Chi Qu You, who ran the formation, is the highest contributor. Shocked, Xin Ci recalls at Shang Qing Qing’s demand how kindly he saved her when they first met in a merchant caravan. She pleads that a mortal Gu Master cannot be such a demon, and Shang Qing Qing answers that he turned Northern Plains upside down, that Heavenly Court still cannot catch him, and that their meeting smells of a scheme.
