Song Warrior is Feng Jiu Ge's immortal killer move. Fang Yuan recognises it from his previous life when a green jade figure steps out of Feng Jiu Ge.
A vague figure like Feng Jiu Ge, green as if made of jade, emerges from his body while green jade song is still running. Fang Yuan names it at once. Previous-life information already holds it as a method that lets the nine songs Feng Jiu Ge creates gather into human form and attack. Those songs, used on their own, could be activated only one at a time, were not flexible, and lasted a short time. After countless battles he secluded briefly and created this killer move, so he could split the nine songs into temporary clones that are flexible and agile. Fang Yuan also reads it as a variation of yang pass tune, similar to myriad self and strength path giant hand. In that previous life Feng Jiu Ge only created it after five hundred years; this life it appears earlier. ch. 1421
Used on their own, the nine songs are formless, wide-ranged, and hard to defend against. After turning into song warriors they become condensed entities that can be attacked and avoided, and long ranged attacks can weaken them. In this chase Feng Jiu Ge does not need to hit Clear Jade Dripping Wind Tiny Bamboo Building or a River of Time tributary, so he uses the clones to keep the Shadow Sect immortals busy and stop them attacking together. After green jade song and heaven and earth song he adds submission song and separation song. Four song warriors attack alone or together. Hei Lou Lan’s angry bird hits the green jade song warrior and the fiery birds turn into jade birds that shatter. Bai Ning Bing’s penetrating ice blade meets the submission song warrior, then the separation song warrior takes the blow and the blade breaks, because separation song can separate everything, including immortal killer moves. The heaven and earth song warrior has suppression, and Ying Wu Xie and Fairy Miao Yin fight it evenly. Feng Jiu Ge handles the four clones with enslavement path attainment Fang Yuan judges deeper than his own. Myriad dragon then submerges the four song warriors and Feng Jiu Ge together. ch. 1421
Yang pass limit
Myriad dragon destroys the green jade song warrior, heaven and earth song warrior, submission song warrior, and separation song warrior in turn, then engulfs the four and encircles Feng Jiu Ge. Yang pass tune can contain song warrior as a variation, but each activation lasts a limited time, and once that time is up he cannot use it again for fourteen hours. When myriad dragon lands, that limit is already up, so he cannot move away with yang pass tune and has to defend with drum fist and bell palm instead. ch. 1422
Jade clone
After yang pass tune, song warrior is usually next. The green jade song warrior cannot break reverse flow protection seal, so Feng Jiu Ge uses it mainly to distract Fang Yuan, taking hits passively so the seal reflects nothing useful. Dao marks at rank eight level put that clone’s defense at the top of his song warriors, and ancient sword dragon claws crack it and send it flying without shattering it. He then unleashes a second song warrior, Heaven and Earth Song Warrior, and keeps summoning song warriors while dodging. He uses the complex field so Fang Yuan must spend thoughts on it. Myriad dragon encircles the four song warriors again and they are outmatched and destroyed. Fighting him, Fang Yuan is inspired by song warrior and looks for a way to make myriad self clones think for him. ch. 1426
Clone exception
Many of his songs can be turned into clones through song warrior, but assimilation wind song cannot. It is the most special of the seven songs he then holds. ch. 1546 He can turn heaven and earth song, separation song, and the others into clones; assimilation wind song still cannot be turned into a clone. ch. 1547
Obtain treasure form
At Lang Ya blessed land, after obtain treasure song stills wild rank nine Wisdom Gu, he uses song warrior. The obtain treasure song warrior flies toward Wisdom Gu while the other song warriors help him block the immortal formation. Wisdom Gu flies away. The obtain treasure song warrior follows but cannot affect it: obtain treasure song is rank eight, and Wisdom Gu is rank nine. ch. 1548
Warriors shield Feng Jiu Ge
Inside yama battlefield he activates song warrior with green jade song, heaven and earth song, submission song, and separation song. Four song warriors protect him as he tries to close on Fang Yuan. The green jade song warrior often shatters yama children into jade statues, yet those children stay unfearing and tougher than ancient desolate beasts. Once song warriors are destroyed, he creates new ones immediately. Great thief ghost hand later goes past the four song warriors and aims at Feng Jiu Ge directly. ch. 1577
River formation
At the river suppression lotus sealing formation his body shakes and four song warriors emerge, encircling Fang Yuan. Fang Yuan and Bing Sai Chuan abandon those enemies and target the formation instead. ch. 1696
Smoke intercept
When Dragon Palace uses dreamy light smoke, Heavenly Court’s Gu Immortals evade. Feng Jiu Ge activates a killer move and turns it into a song warrior. The song warrior throws itself into the smoke; the smoke then has no more offensive ability and returns like a python that has eaten its fill. He cannot directly break the dream path killer move, but this blocks it. ch. 1951
Year beast form
With a chance to use methods besides destiny song, he activates submission song and song warrior. Submission song’s power condenses into human form and runs through Fang Yuan’s summoned year beasts. Wherever it goes, those year beasts, strong or weak, betray Fang Yuan and submit to Feng Jiu Ge. ch. 1953
Source over clones
While destiny song continues, several clones that look like him fight for him. Song warriors block Duke Long’s dragon claws and fangs and fight Duke Long himself. After several rounds Duke Long destroys a song warrior, and a brand new one appears. Duke Long judges that killing the clones is pointless and that the true way is to deal with Feng Jiu Ge directly. ch. 1966
