Star Constellation Immortal Venerable’s song returns unbidden. It carries mysterious information: a Thieving Heaven true inheritance lies hidden somewhere in Luo Po Valley. Fang Yuan is greatly enticed, and very suspicious it may be a Central Continent trap meant to influence an intruder’s rationality rather than a real inheritance. ^{ch. 991}

He inspects himself and the valley’s Gu formations and finds nothing built on wisdom path. He judges the tip credible: the song itself, its instruction to use open door Gu, his own wisdom path grandmaster attainment, and the death of Old Oracle, the only wisdom path Gu Immortal in the Central Continent group, all make deception unlikely. He nears the indicated site. He bypasses and unravels several old Gu formations, relics of Central Continent’s earlier fight against Shadow Sect no longer needed after their victory, none any obstacle to him. ^{ch. 991}

The site yields no clues despite every method, and seems extremely safe. He recalls failing here in his previous life and assuming the arrangement long dismantled. This time, using open door Gu, an entrance of light appears and a beam draws him into the Thieving Heaven true inheritance space. ^{ch. 991}

The space is vast, extremely vast. The entrance behind him slowly shrinks. Dozens of huge tornadoes of winds of assimilation, a force he knows can assimilate anything and expand endlessly, having once destroyed Imperial Court blessed land, drift through the space. ^{ch. 991}

He retreats to safety, then confirms that close door Gu can seal the entrance and open door Gu can reopen it, stepping back into Luo Po Valley. Reassured the information is at least partly true, he re-enters. It also says he can inherit only after dispelling every tornado. Following it, he dispels one tornado with his true form’s eight arms, the wind harmless to him though it completely dissipates at his touch. He judges that whoever built this space, even if not Thieving Heaven Demon Venerable himself, must be an absolutely peerless expert. ^{ch. 991}

He clears the rest cautiously. He keeps an escape route open with open door and close door Gu after every step, until only the largest, fastest tornado remains at the center, seeming to hide something. ^{ch. 991}

Touching it reveals not the inheritance but Feng Jiu Ge himself, seated with a faint rank seven aura. Feng Jiu Ge reacts first, turning into rainbow light and fleeing past Fang Yuan through the entrance in a blink. Fang Yuan seals it shut behind him with close door Gu. ^{ch. 991}

Wondering why Feng Jiu Ge was trapped here and where his companions might be, Fang Yuan finds the space empty but for an information path mortal Gu that Feng Jiu Ge left behind. Its message reveals Feng Jiu Ge knows he is an otherworldly demon and will keep the secret. It names him Feng Jin Huang’s father, promises to repay Fang Yuan’s life-saving someday, and says the true inheritance now passes to him since he alone remains. The space dims to darkness but for where Fang Yuan stands. A masculine voice names itself Ben Jie Sun, known to the world as Thieving Heaven Demon Venerable, a lonely vagrant wanting to return home. It offers Fang Yuan a gift it believes can definitely help him toward the same goal, though the effort must still be his own, and names it Ghostly Concealment. ^{ch. 991}

Fang Yuan reappears in Luo Po Valley under a layer of grey light, staying wary. Feng Jiu Ge never shows himself again. Fang Yuan attributes this to injuries so serious he lacks half his strength, though Feng Jiu Ge’s habit of repaying kindness may make the promised favor genuine too. He counts himself hugely profited: Feng Jiu Ge’s debt of gratitude, ghostly concealment of unknown use, and now Luo Po Valley itself, since Feng Jiu Ge has probably already left. ^{ch. 991}

He moves at once to take the valley. Hui Feng Zi, guarding it, is shocked, shouting incredulously that someone is stealing Luo Po Valley. ^{ch. 991}
