The land spirit urges him to change his mind, but he asks it to continue. It curses him as a scheming fellow and teleports over several Gu worms and precious materials, two of which Fang Yuan recognizes as raising the chance of success. ch. 486
Fang Yuan then carries out his plan. He sits cross-legged, activates rank four clear mind Gu and awaken cloud Gu, and brings out top quality wines. When divine travel Gu turns into flowing water and mixes with the materials, he gulps wine, and clear mind Gu clears his tipsiness while awaken cloud Gu keeps his mind at its peak. After four wines nothing has happened, and since divine travel Gu seems not yet gone and Immortal Gu are unique, he keeps drinking until his vision blurs by the eighth. ch. 486
The mixture settles into second aperture Gu, and all the drunkenness in his body condenses into one point. A divine opportunity descends as the Dao mark forms, and the point explodes into divine travel Gu. He has obtained two Immortal Gu at once.
