Snowmen

During Northern Plains’ ten-year blizzard, snowmen move like fish in water. The blizzard is merely a warm spring wind to them. They hunt in it, and large numbers of wild snow path, ice path, and water path Gu live on their bodies. Tribes that are hunted, beaten down, and sold in ordinary times grow rapidly then. Hei Bai and Hei Cheng hunt those tribes as captives to sell in treasure yellow heaven. ^{ch. 587}

Snow monsters are snowmen’s prey. By devouring snow monsters’ meat and blood, snowmen can propagate rapidly and prolong their lifespan. ^{ch. 594}

Every variant human has a special ability stronger than humans. Snowmen are cold-resistant. ^{ch. 799}

Snowman Gu Immortals call the northern icy plain the final paradise left for snowmen. They live under the icy plain and do not conflict with the rest of the world. They fear that exposure would bring all of Northern Plains’ Gu Immortals after them, because humans are the overlords of the world. ^{ch. 1098}

Ice tears originate from snowmen and remain a precious Gu refinement material for Gu Masters and Gu Immortals. To snowmen they are also a token of love. The race has male and female genders. During marriage they often exchange ice tears, an act of huge meaning to them. ^{ch. 1147}

In The Legends of Ren Zu, a snowman tells Ren Zu that snowmen are said to be afraid of fire, and that she has come to prove that untrue. ^{ch. 1229}

Snow lotus essence is a rank seven immortal material that only grows in large scale snowman tribes. It is scarce even in treasure yellow heaven. The snowman tribe sells only small amounts, worried that larger sales would expose them. ^{ch. 1443} There were ten variant human races in the Gu world, and snowmen are on that list. Each variant human race has its own unique resources, and snowmen had ice tears and snow lotus essence. ^{ch. 1489}

Snowmen are proficient in ice and snow path. ^{ch. 1804}

Ice Crystal Immortal Monarch is a snowman Gu Immortal from black heaven’s Ice Crystal grotto-heaven. ^{ch. 1979} There, the blizzard icy plain is the largest gathering spot of the snowman race. Snowman tribes there protect every stranded person, because those people will end up protecting the entire race, and that teaching is how a snowman lives. ^{ch. 1994}

Extreme ice crystal light immortal suppression coffin is the unique killer move of the snowmen from ancient times, kept in the snowman racial inheritance. Spectral Soul says its core is the variant human user rather than an Immortal Gu, that it spends the user’s ice and snow path dao marks and lifespan, and that other races cannot use it even if they obtain it.
