In immemorial black heaven a group of rank eight variant human Gu Immortals flies continuously. The leader has pale skin and blue hair, and a grim expression: Ice Crystal Immortal Monarch. He has orders from Wu Shuai to reinforce grotto-heaven headquarters against Heavenly Court. He made Wu Shuai the alliance leader so that Wu Shuai would be the vanguard, but he is the one sent out. He is vice alliance leader. He did not want to face Heavenly Court directly. Chaotic Rock grotto-heaven, Rotten Egg grotto-heaven, and Strange Hair grotto-heaven bring trump cards. His Ice Crystal grotto-heaven has been invaded by Demon Judgment Board. He orders the group to reinforce it, using Wu Shuai’s name. Inside, rank six and seven snowman Gu Immortals control a formation that unleashes a blizzard, with little effect. A blood red light from the house obliterates the blizzard icy plain for several thousand li. Nearly ten million ordinary snowmen die. That icy plain was the largest gathering spot of the snowman race in the grotto-heaven, and the site of his coming-of-age trial. After he became rank eight and inherited the title of Ice Crystal Immortal Monarch, becoming owner of the grotto-heaven, he had developed it. He remembers his father’s teaching that a snowman who survives that trial must protect the entire race. His aura erupts into an intense blizzard and he charges Demon Judgment Board. ^{ch. 1994}

Inside the house, Gu Yue Fang Zheng takes a deep breath. He is rank seven and has confidence in the rank eight Immortal Gu House. He sends Demon Judgment Board charging ahead. Ice Crystal Immortal Monarch is forced to retreat. He is an ice and snow path Gu Immortal, and he does not cultivate transformation path or strength path, so he cannot resist an Immortal Gu House with his body. The two heavens alliance attacks at once. Fang Zheng pulls the house away and answers with blood red killer moves. Ice Crystal Immortal Monarch finds them a disunited bunch and concludes that the only person he can rely on is himself. ^{ch. 1994}

In Crazed Demon Cave’s eighth layer, Nie Kuang Feng traps Ice Crystal Immortal Monarch with Wind Suction Life Twister. Ice Crystal Immortal Monarch’s arms are shredded and he is pulled into the tornado. Repeated black lightning tribulations strike Nie Kuang Feng instead, breaking the suction long enough for Ice Crystal Immortal Monarch to retreat and heal. ^{ch. 2166}

After earlier separate losses to Nie Kuang Feng left Ice Crystal Immortal Monarch and Xiao He Jian heavily damaged, they recover and face Nie Kuang Feng together. Ice Crystal Immortal Monarch slows it with frost qi, then seals it with Extreme Ice Crystal Light Immortal Suppression Coffin while Xiao He Jian finishes with Cut Grass. Nie Kuang Feng dies at their hands. ^{ch. 2178}
