South Desolation Immortal

Yao Huang pays respects. South Desolation Immortal tells him they are both rank eights and to treat him as a friend. He sighs that outside Longevity Heaven, Yao Huang is the sole rank eight of a Huang Jin tribe, and that Prince Feng Xian of Gong tribe is an outsider in bloodline from his view. He leads Yao Huang into black heaven without obstruction and completes an immortal killer move that reveals Luck Suppression Heavenly Palace, one of Giant Sun Immortal Venerable’s three Immortal Gu Houses, hidden there for countless years. ^{ch. 1242}

Inside Luck Suppression Heavenly Palace he greets Giant Sun Immortal Venerable. Yao Huang inspects and sees that Giant Sun is an immortal zombie. Giant Sun says he cannot fight the Central Continent invasion and that it depends on the two of them. South Desolation Immortal then leads Yao Huang on and explains that Luck Suppression Heavenly Palace is a rank eight Immortal Gu House created by Giant Sun using the heaven and earth luck true inheritance, stationed there for three hundred thousand years. He explains heaven luck and earth luck. He says he has little lifespan left, that lifespan Gu has stopped working on him, that he wants Yao Huang to watch him manipulate the palace against the Central Continent Gu Immortals, and that after he dies Yao Huang will inherit the position of South Desolation. ^{ch. 1243}

He discovers a small group of Central Continent Gu Immortals, including Zhao Lian Yun, inside Snowy Mountain blessed land. ^{ch. 1252}

An information path Gu worm in Flood Extremity’s immortal aperture carries a letter from South Desolation Immortal, telling him he cannot leave now. The letter names the newly arrived giant beast as help sent to deal with any enemy who dares obstruct Longevity Heaven. ^{ch. 1278}

He lies on a sickbed in Longevity Heaven, his aged face showing a final bit of vitality. He tells Yao Huang that it does not matter, that he has only a few days remaining, and to remember his instructions and take the position of South Desolation after his death. He warns that times are changing, that even Longevity Heaven could be swallowed if it takes a wrong step, and that Heavenly Court is their biggest enemy. ^{ch. 1438}

Lang Ya land spirit calls Yao Huang the newly appointed South Desolation Immortal of Longevity Heaven. ^{ch. 1446}
