Chapter 1694

Feng Jiu Ge and Fang Yuan greet each other like old friends, without animosity, and then fall silent. Fang Yuan was still a mortal holding Hu Immortal blessed land when Feng Jiu Ge first met him. Feng Jiu Ge is now rank eight with fate armor Immortal Gu and heavily supported by Heavenly Court as a Dao Guardian. Fang Yuan once saved his life, and the favor was returned. After many fights, the two immensely appreciate each other’s talent while staying wary. ^{ch. 1694}

Xing Ye Wang, in starry blue armor with a rough appearance and a strong body, stands on Shark Flow Lever with a powerful rank eight aura and taunts Fang Yuan for returning to court death. Fang Yuan knows Xing Ye Wang woke from Heavenly Court’s immortal graveyard and is an experienced rank eight star path expert. The three remaining Xunzi occupy Present and Past Pavilion with deep hatred, since Fang Yuan killed Xun Guo Zi with time cutting edge last time and their revival methods failed. Qing Ye, a rank eight Gu Immortal of the same status as Xing Ye Wang, controls Eternal Yacht. Feng Jiu Ge stays in Three Autumn Yellow Crane Platform. ^{ch. 1694}

Fang Yuan counts four time path Immortal Gu Houses, three rank eight Gu Immortals, many rank sevens and a super immortal formation. Heavenly Court has not sent many people, so he finds this not bad. He changes into the immemorial year monkey with familiar face, huge as a mountain, and pounces toward Three Autumn Yellow Crane Platform. Xing Ye Wang intercepts on Shark Flow Lever. ^{ch. 1694}

Fang Yuan’s spring scissors shrink in front of Shark Flow Lever, grow again at its shark lever and snip off two huge shark heads. Xing Ye Wang, very shocked, moves the house aside. Fang Yuan then reaches Three Autumn Yellow Crane Platform, which bursts with dazzling light and stops him like a metal wall. His huge fists still shake the house, scatter rubble and push it back. Inside, rank seven Gu Immortals report the northern corner destroyed, three layers of autumn light shields broken with one left, and cracks in Immortal Gu Autumn Light. The outside is shattered, but the foundation is unaffected and only a large number of mortal Gu are lost. The rank sevens inside rush repairs as Fang Yuan’s attacks weaken after the first burst. ^{ch. 1694}

The three Xunzi say Fang Yuan has modified spring scissors to change size and fused winter coat with his monkey form, giving fur like frost, skin like ice and extremely thick defenses. Heavenly Court’s deductions are outdated and it is greatly caught off-guard, since wisdom Gu lets Fang Yuan modify his killer moves. Heavenly Court’s houses, lacking wisdom Gu, have barely changed, and with intel from the last battle Fang Yuan can now handle them. This is also why he gave up Dragon Palace for now and chose the River of Time. Feng Jiu Ge stays calm and does not fight in person, because sound path cannot help in the River of Time and only a time path house can resist Fang Yuan. Xing Ye Wang repairs Shark Flow Lever and charges again as Present and Past Pavilion and Eternal Yacht close in from left and right. He shouts that Fang Yuan must face four Immortal Gu Houses together. ^{ch. 1694}

Fang Yuan calls Bing Sai Chuan to act, and Bing Sai Chuan appears behind Present and Past Pavilion, undetected although the house specializes in investigation. He pushes with both palms, and the whole house freezes in transparent profound ice with the three Xunzi motionless inside, fear on their faces. Qing Ye recognizes immediate time freeze and names him the time path great expert of Giant Sun Immortal Venerable’s era. Bing Sai Chuan, a rank eight legend at peak battle strength on the level of Li Huang, is most skilled at freezing time, and his killer moves imitate ice path. He tells Qing Ye he is Longevity Heaven’s Bing Sai Chuan and attacks. Together with Fang Yuan he suppresses the remaining three houses. A fifth house then appears, the rank seven time path Year End Gatehouse, simple and elegant with bright red pillars. ^{ch. 1694}
