Fang Yuan activates it while looking over Hei tribe from a tall tower inside Eighty-Eight True Yang Building. That rank five mortal Gu is the sole unexpected gain he took from the true inheritance secluded domain. ch. 604
Effect
Luck inspection, as the name suggests, inspects luck. In his vision, luck appears as smoke-like strands; Hei Lou Lan shows a thick azure pillar, and Tai Bai Yun Sheng shows sunset-flame luck above his house. Used on Fang Yuan himself, the same Gu shows black ink-like luck gathered into a coffin shape with dense death energy. He holds only this one Gu and lacks the wider luck path inheritance details behind it. ch. 604
Limits against Immortals
At Qin Bai Sheng’s auction of luck path true inheritance essence, Fang Yuan notes that he already has one luck inspection Gu and that mortal Gu are not effective against Immortals. Luck inspection Gu is an investigative Gu that can detect formless luck when ordinary methods cannot, and it is one of the main foundations of that true inheritance.
