Blazing Glory Lightning Brilliance is Ren Zu's son in The Legends of Ren Zu, first named when a boy jumps from the burning heart of domination and calls Ren Zu father.

In a Legends of Ren Zu stretch, love Gu sets Ren Zu’s heart of discontent against a snowman’s heart of domination. The snowman replaces the burning heart of domination in her chest and melts under the fire of love. From those flames a boy jumps out, names himself Blazing Glory Lightning Brilliance, and pledges to help Ren Zu save his sister. Ren Zu takes the boy and returns to the feathermen. ch. 1229

Appearance

At birth he is a boy who jumps into Ren Zu’s arms. ch. 1229

Fate Gu encounter

A further telling has Ren Zu bring his son Blazing Glory Lightning Brilliance and daughter Myriad Gold Wondrous Essence to the feathermen’s residence. Fate Gu binds them in spider silk, takes wealth Gu, and throws the two children far away, out of Ren Zu’s sight. ch. 1619

Imprisonment and escape

The Legends of Ren Zu, chapter four, section thirty, records that fate Gu forced Blazing Glory Lightning Brilliance and Myriad Gold Wondrous Essence into immemorial blue heaven’s lightning forest. Hatred Gu nests in his heart, grows when crushed, and blinds him to a path of revenge against fate Gu. Lightning Gu then lands on his hand, borrows hatred Gu’s strength, shatters the heavenly wind qi wall and immemorial blue heaven, and leaves with the siblings. ch. 2021 Mo Li later cites the same legend: lightning Gu cooperates with Blazing Glory Lightning Brilliance to leave immemorial blue heaven. ch. 2019
