Hatred Gu

Red Heart Traveler detects Qing Chou’s vital Gu as rank eight hatred Gu and confirms it is the one recorded in The Legends of Ren Zu. ^{ch. 2019}

A later Legends of Ren Zu stretch has Hatred Gu look similar to love Gu on the surface while naming itself Hatred Gu. It gnaws a heart to change that heart into a heart of hatred. When crushed it resurrects from the blood and grows larger, and it says hatred cannot be killed and that vengeance only breeds more hatred. It looks similar to love Gu on the surface. It is like a curved blade without a handle. ^{ch. 2021}

Nine Spiritual Fairy states that hatred Gu created Qing Chou, that Qing Chou nourishes it, and that it is moving from rank eight toward rank nine. ^{ch. 2029} When activated it amplifies Qing Chou’s strength comprehensively, especially offensive killer moves. ^{ch. 2030}

The Legends of Ren Zu has a vague line that hatred has no dreams; Qing Chou uses hatred Gu to break free of a dream realm. ^{ch. 2033}

Lu Wei Yin later states Qing Chou’s core is hatred Gu formed through Divine Bean Palace under Genesis Lotus Immortal Venerable’s plot. ^{ch. 2083} A later summary says Genesis Lotus Immortal Venerable plotted for hundreds of thousands of years before succeeding with hatred Gu. ^{ch. 2099}
