Bai Hua

Fang Yuan recalls a sibling pair who, at eighteen, accidentally open a cave on Bai Gu Mountain’s back area and activate a complete rank four righteous inheritance titled under Flesh Bone Lord. A hundred years later both stand at rank five and take over Bai village. He also recalls that the inheritance’s famous rank three healing Gu, Flesh-bone Gu, went to Bai Hua and made her a famous healing Gu Master. ^{ch. 214}

In Fang Yuan’s prior-life account of the Grey Bone Scholar hall, both siblings kowtow, but Bai Hua fears pain and does not give a loud knock, so she does not trigger the loud first path; Bai Sheng does. Bai Sheng then wants to take the Gu from the corpse, and Bai Hua stops him so they leave the senior in peace, which opens the second path. ^{ch. 222}

When Fang Yuan and Bai Ning Bing force the final refinement step, Bai Sheng charges and grabs Fang Yuan’s leg. Fang Yuan knocks Bai Sheng unconscious, then knocks Bai Hua unconscious as well, strips both, and throws them into the fire. They burn to death before the fire finishes changing color. ^{ch. 226} Fang Yuan thinks he should thank the dead siblings for the information that drew him there and for the sacrifice that lets him obtain Bone Flesh Unity Gu. ^{ch. 227}
