Duke Long reacts first when the fight pauses over the change in Fang Yuan’s body. The three monsters have become a bloody cape on his back, and Duke Long probes him from range with the killer move Spiraling Dragon Fang. Fang Yuan does not dodge, wanting to test his defense. The fangs throw sparks but leave no mark or wound, so his defense stands far above Duke Long’s. Heavenly Court’s side grows very wary, while the three regions’ Gu Immortals look on with eager anticipation. ^{ch. 1957}

Combining the three monsters into incomplete freedom transformation required Fang Yuan to transfer his own will, and once the cape formed, that will turned into Reckless Savage’s will in the image of Reckless Savage Demon Venerable. Fang Yuan finds the change stems from the three monsters, and the will does him no harm and brings many benefits. It can attend to the cape, help maintain the killer move and quicken his understanding of the move’s true meaning. It urges him to charge, and he tells it to shut up. He looks at Heaven Overseeing Tower, and every Heavenly Court Gu Immortal controlling it feels a chill. Fang Yuan charges as a bloody ray at the tower, where the enemies are most numerous. His speed shocks Duke Long, who chases with all his strength. Spectral Soul orders Old Man Zheng Yuan to activate everybody’s vision. Created by Genesis Lotus Immortal Venerable, the move lets Central Continent’s mortals, Gu Masters and Gu Immortals share their sight, and it lets Heavenly Court gather more human will. ^{ch. 1957}

Because of Shen Shang’s interference, the human wills of all five regions were gathered, so everyone in them sees the battle. Gu Yue Fang Zheng and Qin Ding Ling control the rank eight Immortal Gu House Demon Judgment Board to block Fang Yuan. Fang Yuan collides with it head on. The enormous force sends it flying despite all their strength, and his punch leaves a huge dent, scatters fragments that turn into Gu worm corpses and almost pierces it. Gu Yue Fang Zheng coughs a large mouthful of blood and falls to the ground horrified. Fang Yuan stomps the house down and keeps charging. ^{ch. 1957}

Duke Long catches up, and Fang Yuan turns to meet him with a storm of punches. Duke Long answers with qi breath mountain, dragon claw strike, chaotic dragon fist and spiraling dragon fangs. They trade blows in the fiercest fight of the battle so far. The aftermath can destroy Immortal Gu Houses, so the rank eight Clear Jade Dripping Wind Tiny Bamboo Building and Calamity Luck Altar stop fighting and retreat. With no venerable present, the fight can be counted the peak of the current world, and it settles into a deadlock. ^{ch. 1957}

Duke Long gets no amplification from heroes among people, but he has heavenly dragon’s last stand, destiny song’s help and triple qi retraction. Triple qi retraction is a method left by Primordial Origin Immortal Venerable, and Duke Long is only the key that activates it. Spectral Soul orders Old Man Zheng Yuan to release all the human wills. Zheng Yuan thinks the wills were all released already, but Spectral Soul points him to a portion still hidden in a corner of Heavenly Court.
