Luo Po Seal

Against a rank eight, Fang Yuan can defend but lacks offense; one path is a secluded-domain rank eight offensive killer move, and Luo Po Valley is his best and only secluded-domain choice for that plan. Progress on Luo Po seal stays slow even with the light of wisdom, and he blames a huge obstruction from soul path attainment that is only master level. ^{ch. 1572} When Heavenly Court attacks again, he still has not deduced Luo Po seal and has no offensive rank eight killer move, so reverse flow protection seal can defend him without threatening the four invading immortals. ^{ch. 1575} Even without a successful Luo Po seal deduction, he still holds another hidden rank eight offensive method. ^{ch. 1578}

Fang Yuan succeeds in creating Luo Po seal only recently relative to capturing Jun Shen Guang, and he uses Luo Po Valley as the core of the move. When Luo Po seal strikes Jun Shen Guang, light path dao marks protecting that soul are destroyed, the soul is injured to the verge of death, and that damage to a rank eight Gu Immortal shows how powerful the seal is; compared with reverse flow protection seal and the Luo Po Valley core, that power is not treated as surprising. ^{ch. 1628}

Later, while preparing Luo Po seal inside yama battlefield against Meng Tu, the move’s aura is immense and Fang Yuan’s location is exposed; the seal he activates then is only quasi-rank eight because he still lacks rank eight immortal essence and has modified and weakened it a little. Once ready, the seal hits Meng Tu from afar, Meng Tu’s soul dissipates completely with not a trace left, and the body and immortal aperture remain for looting. ^{ch. 1752}
