Freezing Rain Frozen Earth

The battlefield is made using the dao marks inside Yu Lu blessed land, not temporary dao marks. Destroying it would damage those dao marks and the blessed land. When the hour comes, a drizzle of freezing rain falls as tiny ice needles, then ice darts, then an icicle storm. A sixty feet tall desolate beast level snow monster charges out of the rain. Snow monsters that die in battle revive. They vanish when the time is up and reappear with the next freezing rain. A companion compares the move to Reincarnation Battlefield and guesses Fairy Yu Lu gained insight on reincarnation and rebirth from Paradise Earth Immortal Venerable. ^{ch. 889}

The attack opens tiny flaws. Fang Yuan finds a mortal Gu coordinated with countless mortal Gu and Immortal Gu. Destroying it weakens the freezing rain, then the storm becomes three times as fierce, and two more flaws appear. ^{ch. 889}

On a later assault the battlefield has completely recovered. With prior experience Fang Yuan does not destroy the crucial mortal Gu, so the battlefield does not grow stronger. Shark Demon uses melt ice Immortal Gu, an ice path Immortal Gu borrowed from a Zombie Alliance member to melt even the firmest ice. It greatly resists the move’s power, obstructs desolate beast level snow monsters, and cuts immortal essence expenditure. After thirty-three attacks, with Bo Dan’s support, the battlefield is unraveled. ^{ch. 897}

Fighting soul battlefield has no such traps. Destroying a hidden spot there causes no backlash, and Fang Yuan does not need to restart his deductions. ^{ch. 898}

After eight doors labyrinth falls, Fang Yuan counts three battlefield killer moves he met in Yu Lu blessed land: freezing rain frozen earth, fighting soul battlefield, and eight doors labyrinth. They come from different paths, yet they do not clash with the blessed land and seem to complement each other. ^{ch. 917}

When Shark Demon’s group is stuck in the snow and ice again, Fang Yuan as Chen Dao names the battlefield and the layers under it: fighting soul battlefield, eight doors labyrinth, and unmoving troops. He weakens it step by step without increasing its power, until sixty percent is gone. ^{ch. 981} After resting a few days he re-enters, uses star thought Immortal Gu over many days, and finishes unraveling it. After that refinement he grasps eighty to ninety percent of freezing rain frozen earth, fighting soul battlefield, and eight doors labyrinth, even without the Immortal Gu needed to recreate them. ^{ch. 982}
