During an assault inside Yu Lu blessed land, Shark Demon scolds him for taking so long without deducing the flaw in a battlefield killer move. He is a living person and a wisdom path Gu Immortal, yet he cowers under the immortal zombie Shark Demon’s shouting. Shark Demon then says Bo Dan is powerless and that the group must use Profound Ice House to force a path. After the retreat he remarks that they are thankful for Profound Ice House, and Shark Demon’s harsh glance silences him. ch. 818

He is a Gu Immortal member of Eastern Sea Zombie Alliance, not an immortal zombie, in difficult straits with low status after joining. Shark Demon brings him for his wisdom path attainment. Before Fang Yuan appears, Bo Dan is the only pseudo-wisdom path Gu Immortal in the group. He has no Immortal Gu and relies on Shark Demon’s defensive immortal killer move in the freezing rain.
