Human Smoke Mountain

Southern Border’s Human Smoke Mountain Range holds the most living mortals in Southern Border. Villages cover the mountains, and some peaks hold several neighboring villages. At the center of that range sits the political core of the villages, Human Smoke Mountain, base of the super clan Chai clan. ^{ch. 1347}

Chai Fu founded Chai clan here in his later years. He cultivated fire path along with earth path, drew insight from The Legends of Ren Zu for a human path killer move, modified the mountain range, and created Human Smoke Mountain. In his era he was the number one person in Southern Border’s Gu Immortal world. ^{ch. 1347}

Because of the human path method’s limitation, the mortals around Chai clan cannot leave Human Smoke Mountain Range, so the clan needs an immortal Gu formation or an Immortal Gu House to defend them. Chai clan’s Human Smoke Mountain sits north of the spiral whirlpool where red dragon river and jade dragon river cross, with Ba clan south and Xia clan east. ^{ch. 1347}
