Chapter 1925

Flesh Whip Immortal, a rank eight expert who slumbered in Heavenly Court’s immortal graveyard, charges at the forefront as a walking meat tree and forces Western Desert’s Immortal Gu Houses to retreat. Dong clan answers with Red River Wheel, a rank seven Immortal Gu House that rotates in red flames and crashes at the tree. A crash would damage both evenly. It still favors Western Desert slightly, since the house recovers by replacing dead Gu while Flesh Whip Immortal would be physically hurt and hard to heal. ^{ch. 1925}

Flesh Whip Immortal yells and charges on instead of retreating, and the Heavenly Court Gu Immortals agree to defend her. Zhang Fei Xiong turns into a giant with a bear head and charges Red River Wheel, but Jade Toad Castle crashes into him to help Dong clan. Wan Zi Hong’s drifting petals land on Red River Wheel, and its momentum declines. Dong clan, a righteous path force that hates demons most, curses Wan Zi Hong from inside the wheel as a notorious demoness who once scourged Western Desert and whom Heavenly Court recruited. Fang clan’s Chicken Dog Coop sends ancient desolate beasts at Wan Zi Hong, but Yu Zhu Zi and Ye Qiao Zi smash or trap them. Fang clan’s Fallen Flower Hall then throws her killer move out of control, so the petals roll toward Heavenly Court and the backlash injures her. ^{ch. 1925}

The walking meat tree and Red River Wheel collide, and both fly back. The tree loses hundreds of fleshy tentacles, while the wheel loses over three thousand Gu and Dong clan starts to repair it. Flesh Whip Immortal, injured but more eager to fight, tries to charge again, but Zhang Fei Xiong, knocked away earlier and now returned, takes her place and tells her to heal. She refuses, and a giant starlight pillar covers her and returns her to Heavenly Court. ^{ch. 1925}

In Heavenly Court, Calamity Luck Altar still struggles against the qi wall, but Duke Long blocks it alone and often knocks it back nine steps for every ten it advances. A healing formation of pale blue water strands wraps Flesh Whip Immortal. Many essence beads of the immortals inside start to disintegrate. The Western Desert immortals correctly guess food path, and judge that repeated uses of the move will cost them all their strength and resources. Awakened early, they hold a full range of Immortal Gu and a certain mutual cooperation, unlike in the previous life. Fang Yuan caused this early awakening. His repeated victories since rebirth made Star Constellation’s will feel a huge threat and awaken many Gu Immortals in advance.
