Chapter 1109

Hei tribe has finally acted. Some astute Gu Immortals leave while they still can. The rest scatter from Green City Rampage rather than fight it, since everyone is already spent and resources matter more than a hopeless clash. Twelve peculiar eagle nests holding precious rank eight materials draw a chaotic scramble, and Green City Rampage kills many who get caught. Righteous path Gu Immortals with inside information are confused, since the rank eight great experts had agreed not to interfere personally. He announces that Hei tribe’s remaining Gu Immortals have submitted to him and that Iron Eagle blessed land now belongs to Bai Zu tribe. Hei tribe’s elders agree to take the Bai Zu surname. The shift stuns everyone, and the smarter immortals know it means Heavenly Lord Bai Zu already struck an agreement with the other rank eight powers. He declares a three day banquet on the blood soaked battlefield; the righteous path Gu Immortals quickly offer congratulations, while the demonic path and lone immortals grow uneasy.
