Peach Blossom Maze

Fang clan activates the immortal battlefield killer move peach blossom maze with the three rank seven Immortal Gu Houses; a thousand li of surroundings become a bare peach forest with no leaves, flowers, or fruit. The move can trap rank eight Gu Immortals and is created only by combining those three houses’ effects. ^{ch. 1521} After it is set, peach blossom maze changes the desert terrain and fully exposes the previously deep-hidden Divine Bean Palace, while the three houses stay concealed as cores that keep spending immortal essence to sustain the battlefield. ^{ch. 1522} Fang Yuan is inside Inquiry Dock beside Fang Di Chang when the formation is run. ^{ch. 1521}

Fang Di Chang pulls Fang clan fighters back into the houses and uses peach blossom maze to attack; the battlefield grows more offensive against the soul beast army. A later transformation produces flowery wind warriors, petal figures that can be instilled with a killer move and unleash it on self-detonation, and Fang Di Chang asks Fang Yuan to control some of them. Fang Di Chang states that peach blossom maze has only three variations; after the second, the third is still unused in that fight stage. ^{ch. 1523}

Fang Di Chang calls peach blossom maze Fang clan’s trump card when myriad life spring lightning threatens to break the battlefield. The third variation grows peaches that store most of that lightning’s power and stall its full effect. He judges that green ghost desert’s soul path dao marks will corrode peach blossom maze until it collapses, and the battlefield weakens with loopholes as soul beasts pour in. ^{ch. 1526 ch. 1527}

In a later Central Continent clash, Western Desert Gu Immortals know peach blossom maze can trap rank eight and once trapped Divine Bean Palace, but Central Continent pressure denies Western Desert time to set it up. ^{ch. 1933}
