Both are products of this killer move. Mortal ants that devour Gu materials can elevate into Immortal Gu. After Wu Shuai’s modifications, the ants the move produces are Gu worms rather than insects. The move contains refinement path profundity and stands at the apex of the current world’s hairy man nature Gu refinement technique, which uses natural dao marks of the outside world to refine Gu. When Fang Yuan creates the move, his attainment in that technique already surpasses Long Hair Ancestor in every aspect. The ants refine and ascend themselves by devouring outside Gu materials, and most importantly Fang Yuan expends his own unrestrained heavenly marks. Using the move can nurture many ant Immortal Gu, but the resource cost is huge: refining those two rank six Immortal Gu took enough from Fire Plain grotto-heaven to refine more than ten rank seven Immortal Gu normally. ^{ch. 2108}

Fairy Yu Xiu is prepared because the move was used in Eastern Sea and Zui Xian Weng obtained first-hand information, but Fang Yuan has modified it, so she needs three days to modify her method as well. Heavenly Court spreads news of the move and helps mutant Gu Immortals resolve it without asking for compensation, alleviating its effect.
